Over the past several years we’ve learned a lot about what it means to grow a team.
We’ve gone from a team of three (John and two virtual team members), to today: a team of five (myself, John, and three virtual team members).
We’ve experienced everything from hiring hiccups, to uncomfortable firing situations, and everything in between. Through it all we’ve learned A LOT about the challenges and benefits that come with growing a team.
Growing a team is one of the most powerful things you can do for both yourself and your business – IF that’s the type of business you want to run.
We believe that when you’re able to build a strong team of people around you – whether it be employees, virtual assistants, or freelances and contractors – that it allows you to remove yourself from working IN your business, and instead, start working ON your business.
When we work ON our business, we get to scale, grow, and become much more efficient in what we do, all of which creates a bigger impact for those we serve.
