[12:51] – Trixy talks anout mental resilience and in what ways it has played a role in helping her navigate the ups and downs of entrepreneurship.
- Mental resilience is the foundation of everything and you have the opportunity to practice it everyday.
- When you are pioneering something, not everytime someone will go on board with you. When that happens, she asks herself what are the reasons why they don’t. Is it because of fear or noise? She teach herself to look at the source and listen to what they are saying rather than letting it affect her emotions.
- She learned how to tune down the noise because 90% of it is just noise. Mental resilience is mental toughness. You need to step back when you take the hit and then keep going.
- Having that mindset, she was able to realize that it is part of the journey and is fortunate for that journey.
- Mental toughness is like a muscle that you build everyday and constantly working on it.
