[1:06] – Steve shares something that he believes about becoming successful that most people disagree with.
- All areas of our life are intertwined. We have to have everything else in our life in sync to be the best version possible of ourselves and to win in every area of our life.
[2:15] – The reason why evolution is important in all areas of our lives.
- Evolution is important in order to become the best possible self that we can create.
- Always look into industries where people are stuck in the status quo – where they’ve been doing things the way they always have. It’s important to disrupt things, make change, and constantly evolve.

- Listen to yourself and to your body. Change what you do based on how you feel and what you believe you can do. It makes all the difference.

- The area we need to focus on most is the area we neglect most.
- Make sure the foundational things and relationships that are most important to you are solid before building something huge.

- Our compassion is our greatest asset.
- When we’re coaching some of our employees or managers, we show them things that they can do a little bit better. It all focuses back on the core values.
