Today’s Audio MASTERCLASS: Creating a Luxury Leadership Brand
[1:37] – Shaan shares something that he believes about becoming successful that most people disagree with.
- You already have what it takes, you were born with it, you earned it, we were forged by fire. It is the fire that you walk through every single day that already becomes your claim to fame.
[2:50] – Shaan talks about how to personally stand out in today’s crowded marketplace.
- Build a personal brand that authentically reflects your unique strengths and then your story and then your value.
- Nobody cares about the story unless you can tell the story that is going to help the person get to where they want to go.
- When the transition from story to value happens, your brand becomes a bridge and your brand becomes unforgettable not just noticeable.
[3:38] – Shaan gives an example.
- He had a realization in the beginning of Covid when people told him that he can no longer speak, no longer coach, no longer speak in room or fly because of the restrictions.
- He didn’t believe that he could not touch or serve people and so he went live on Facebook and in less than 90 days he collected $450,000 in cash. He used his education, experience and expertise that he always in a different market and it gave him a revenue.
- He told his story of how he made the 3 E’s (education, experience and expertise)turning it to the 3 I’s (impact, income and independence) in less than 90 days and nobody says no to him.
[4:40] – Shaan, talks about what’s the best way to differentiate yourself as a luxury item.
- If you want to position yourself as the expert, focus on exclusivity, high quality service and deliver outcomes that elevate your client’s status or results because its not about you.
- When you can turn your pearl of wisdom into someone’s unforgettable platform that helps them to become visible, credible and profitable, you are golding and there is no price that a person will work with you because you are giving them their results.
[5:37] – Shaan talks about how to stand out as a beginner when there is too much competition out there.
- Competition is everywhere but beginners stand out by niching down being authentic and providing exemptional value that speaks directly to their audience needs.
- You don’t have to be a 10 to start, but you have to start to become a 10.
[8:05] – Shaan gives an example of a niche.
- Its really about who you are. Every person has their own niche just by being authentic.
- Brand you not what you do.
- He took coaching in college and the coaching is evidence-based and not motivational. He took something that existed from another industry and brought it to this vertical.
- Do a background check of yourself. Create a list of things that you love and that you are passionate about, that is easy for you but is hard for everyone else and you will find this unique propositions that you already have and tie it together which they call the “blue sea”.

- It is by showcasing that unique transformation that you and only you can provide and delivering exemptional results that justify the premium.
