[1:38] – What is a corporate spy?
- A corporate spy is hired by the largest corporations in America because what they’re looking for is the edge to increase revenue and their rankings in a given industry. Anything and everything that a corporation and executives at a corporation can leverage to increase their bottom line, they’ll do.

- Imagine going after the top people at your rivals’ corporations and being able to steal them. Just poaching top talent from your rivals is a game changer.
[4:19] – How did Robert start out as a corporate spy?
- He fell in love with acting after he graduated college. He was supposed to take over an automobile dealership in Philadelphia.
- He moved to New York, and as he was working, he stumbled into a job as a corporate spy, which turned out to be far more ethically challenging than selling cars.
[6:26] – Robert’s first job and what it was like.
- He and his buddy got hired in a secret spy firm, where they were the first two men ever hired.
- They were tasked with finding out who the designers of top secret weapons programs were: who was designing them, who was on the team, what the programs were, and what they were doing.

- A few years later, the authorities were searching for this guy who was known as the world’s most famous hacker.
- Somehow the authorities stumbled onto his trail, and all of a sudden they were getting messages from the FBI. They were being told that they needed to turn themselves in.
