- Entrepreneurship is the athletics of business. Business is a psychological, emotional and spiritual game in many ways. Becoming an entrepreneur requires learning skills because they take on many roles not only to be successful in making an impact to his team and serve his clients but also to allow him to play in the game for a long time.
- Study says that 49% of entrepreneurs have reported to have depression, ADHD, anxiety and substance abuse problems which only show that entrepreneurs are emotional athletes.

- It is important to have a mental health awareness. It takes courage and responsibility to look after your mental and emotional health as an entrepreneur and a leader in your business.
- Part of the super power of an entrepreneur is to be able to live in to the future and bring it in the present but when you live in the future all the time and you become dissatisfied in the present moment. If combined with all the different stress, the nervous system deals with it and if you don’t have the skills on how to release those stress into the enjoyment of the present system , you will experience burn out and at some point your body will say no and give up in your business.
