- When he feels that a person is no longer going in the same direction with their vision and goals and is going on his or her own direction. They will see if they can accommodate their ambition or bring that person back to the general direction but if not, then its time to let go even if they are good staff.

- Sometimes the vision , situation and a person change and we have to recognize it. If they are not anymore aligned in with the company’s goals, they will be frustrated so better part ways in a good note. Don’t burn bridges for you never know when you might encounter someone again.
