• Few people overcome their resistance to pain. That’s their obstacle on their way to discovering their dream, vision, purpose, or a mission, and going to work steadfastly in the process of designing, building, launching, and growing a company that works.

• The manifesto is called the 8-fold path.

• It’s about working with small business owners in the street every imaginable way possible, by coaching, mentoring, leading, guiding, teaching, inspiring them, beating them up, pissing them off – every method imaginable.
• In order for someone to touch the heart of an entrepreneur (we call it the creator within), something has to happen in an intense fashion for that to come to pass. That intense fashion is what he designed the dreaming room to do.
• The experience of people suddenly pushed to the limits of their imagination, creativity, and resistance, to discover someone within themselves they have never met before.
• Do not quit. Do not stop even if it gets to be painful, even if it gets to pissing somebody off. In that moment, something real is going to come to pass.
