[1:26] – Matt shares something that he believes about becoming successful that most people disagree with.
- Most people think to be successful you have to invest in big assets like property shares but he believes that before investing you have to make a high cash flow first.
[2:34] – Matt tells how he developed a system on How To Buy And Renovate Websites For Income Assets.
- He and his wife were self-taught in buying and selling multiple businesses when they were young. What they have done unconventionally was not focusing on one thing and they had a portfolio of businesses.
- They came up with a system particularly around the JFC, they see a movement in the online businesses and it was having a lot of cash flow with no debt. They were able to buy out websites that are making money on day 1. They buy everything except commercial sites.
[6:08] – Matt talks about creating a process to replace income within 12 months using Websites.
- They train people who work full time jobs and get them to replace their income in 12 months.
- One of his client is a Chemistry Professor named Mark. He taught him the buy and sell business and he was able to do it in less than 6 months by following the process by first learning the digital skills required on how to build a good website. He also learned good diligence and knows how to look on good websites to buy like passion websites.

- There is now a change in SEO and most of it are positive. One of those is ranking websites which is better that paid traffic or organic traffic. The down part only is it takes 12-18 months for content to rank.
