[1:34] – John shares something that he believes about becoming successful that most people disagree with.
- Diversification is a very common thing when you start studying investing. The true way of building wealth is to invest and diversification is the biggest lie that is told to us.

- In 2023, he exited his company and went all in in Bitcoin and microstrategy with no diversification.
- Diversification is selling the winner to buy the loser.
- Data enrichment is the term he came across during his short term retirement. Nobody is making it as a top category of something to discuss among professional speakers in marketing conferences.

- Data enrichment is taking some existing data such as a person’s email and enriching it by sending it to a data pool from huge data buyers and aggregates who bought the data to sell to marketers to run the data.
- Enriching it through a software and leveraging these data pools to be used by business owners as a lead source. AI algorithm can also be used to interpret the data for more accurate use.
- For every one person, you can get 400 data points and you can take the important data that you need to create your custom audience. There are so many benefits to utilize the data to your business.

- There is this effort to finding new customers in small businesses. While there is nothing wrong with word of mouth and organic growth and some businesses don’t rely in advertising, imagine how you can grow your business more if you bring your product out to the world thru ads.
- No big company is bragging that they grow their business organically. They did some form of a partnership distribution to their audience for example Netflix and Amazon. No one is growing organically and everyone should leverage.
- If you are in business, you are generating leads and finding more customers so you can serve and impact them with your product and achieve financial freedom.

- You can generate leads by buying it thru paid advertising, borrowing it thru affiliate or joint ventures and distribution channels or creating it organically thru SEO, social media, podcast, Youtube channels.
- However you are generating leads, you have to have some form of a lead magnet like a 30% off or a free giveaway to collect more data from clients.
