• In a real world setting, you’ll be spending one entire day writing down your exact desires, exactly what your dream life looks like.
• When you create your dream life and you write that down, then you’ve got a framework to establish your values.
• When you get your core values and your dream day in line, you’re going to break out a yearly plan, which lists all the things you want to accomplish in one year.
