Today’s Audio MASTERCLASS: The Amazon Formula To Sell 8-Figures & Beyond With Jeff Lieber.

[1:26] – Jeff shares something interesting about himself that most people do not know.

• It was 2014 when he learned how to source a product and get started on Amazon. He was trying to think of the coolest product – one that he could brag to his friends about – and he ended up with a 20-foot container of puppy pee pads.

[3:16] – When did Jeff start selling products on Amazon, and how did that lead him to start TurnKey Product Management?

• The first consulting clients Jeff had were his friends who had already found success selling products on other platforms like Shopify, but they were struggling with Amazon.
• He asked himself what made him happiest and what was he best at, and it was selling on Amazon. That’s when he went all-in on TurnKey Product Management. That was 3 or 4 years ago.

[6:23] – Jeff talks about what he was able to do on Amazon in just 60 days with John’s journals.

• Amazon sales boosted by 58% and profitability increased by 32%!
• Conversion rates were also boosted by around 60%.

• Second, build a brand that serves one type of customer.
• Build a brand around one customer and serve that customer in as many ways as possible. Then you can launch 2, 3, 5, or 10+ products to serve that one customer.

• Third, build a product listing page that has a high conversion rate.
• Have an amazing main product image in the upper left hand corner.
• Have other image slots for beautiful infographics.
• Add a video to your Amazon product listing.
• Great images, great sales copy, a video, and great customer reviews result in high conversion rates almost every single time.

[22:09] – The fourth step

• The fourth is, you need traffic.
• Send at least 1 outside traffic source to your Amazon listing, and then send Amazon advertising PPC traffic to your listing. Keep doing that until Amazon rewards you with free exposure.
• Most people, whenever they search for products, they don’t have a product in mind.
• Half of the search results in Amazon are ads.

[25:10] – The fifth and final step of Jeff’s 5 step formula.

• To do things the right way on Amazon, you need a team.
• Have an Amazon advertising expert.
• An expert in Amazon Account Listing Health is also important.
• Have an awesome customer service representative.
• An inventory and logistics expert is a must-have as well.
• An Amazon Sales Growth and Tactics Expert would really be helpful.
