• There are three concepts in his dream, Change, Confidence and Clarity and after asking people about it he realize that the real secret to his success is having clarity of communication both inbound and outbound, understanding and being articulate.
• It comes down  to simplifying his understanding to complex things or what he calls the ‘Algebra of Thought’, breaking down a problem into simple terms to understand and articulate the solution. Clarity is a critical element of one’s success.

• Our founding fathers said that the key to a sustainable democracy is an educated populous. We can’t self govern unless we have the power of critical thinking, enough curiosity and constructive debate which comes from a lifetime of knowledge and continuing to build knowledge.
• Our ability to compete globally will depend our people being an educated workforce and continuing to use knowledge to differentiate us individually and collectively from everybody else in the world.
