3 Value Bombs
1) Time and saddle matters and it can work on your favour.
2) Most entrepreneurs just use AI as a search engine but it can be more. We have been given a gift here that is a thought partner that can cross over marketing, sales and finance, any industry , domain, country and culture.
3) AI is not a software but a co-intelligence. It can be unreliable in its behaviour but it is highly effective.

Today’s Audio MASTERCLASS: The Executive’s Guide to AI.
[1:35] – Greg shares something that he believes about becoming successful that most people disagree with.
- Silicon valley’s advice to entrepreneurs is to fail fast, get to the answer quickly , get to out to the market quickly. Get your product fit so if you don’t have it move on to the next idea or venture. To him it is the opposite. You have to hang in there , refuse to quit, invest in time to get to the market to be ready for you or when you have already figured out the market or when your product already works. Time and saddle matters and it can work on your favour.
[2:53] – Greg talks about AI as a Strategic Partner because of his personal experience using AI in this manner.
- He is already 63 yrs old and his cognitive abilities are declining. He realized that he needs GPT to help him out .
- He was preparing for a tough board meeting on July 2023. He just came out after a slow growth post pandemic. In terms of revenue, they dropped 50% and they laid off over 100 people in 12 month. They were stabilized but not growing and he wants to pivot the business to focus on AI which was a shift from business education to AI education.
- He prepared for the board meeting using AI as a thought partner. Now, he is using Cloud GPT for every board meeting because it is close to what humans tell and he can come prepared and rasie his game.
[7:03] – Greg talks about the practical applications of AI in marketing, sales, and finance.
- You can use AI if you want a second opinion for a product idea or plan , a marketing ad plan, a positioning plan, you can drop it in GPT and ask GPT about it. You can use AI is a specific way to get value.
- You can ask AI to adapt your persona and give a specific feedback that you shared with AI.
- Most entrepreneurs just use AI as a search engine but it can be more. We have been given a gift here that is a thought partner that can cross over marketing, sales and finance, any industry , domain, country and culture.
- AI can be your CMO for an early stage company or a CFO to be sceptical in your investment and you can challenge it on what are the good ways to spend your money. AI does very well when you give this kind of parameters and what roles to play.
- The strength and weakness of AI is it can do a lot of things across all domains.
- You can use AI as a stand in for your prospect to adapt the persona of a potential buyer, show them the pitch and let AI react pretending to be the client. This is a great way to refine your marketing paln and give you a feedback.

[13:49] – Greg talks about how AI is reshaping high-end knowledge roles.
- Take a team of 100 high end roles, the bottom 20% has a high risk of not going forward.
- In the age of AI, the no.1 thing that you must understand is where you are in terms of performance from the persperstive of your boss. You need to get out from the bottom of the pack and be in the middle.
- His expectation as a CEO is if you are average to good performers you need to use AI to get better at what you do. To be more productive and increase the quality of your decision as you use AI. If you are good, AI’s advantage is to accelerate you and allows you to get more money.
- Avoid the bottom 20%, raise your game and get better, don’t rest in your laurels and don’t dismissed AI.
[16:47] – Greg shares his vision on how he will accomplish his mission to bring 100,000 people into the AI class by 2025.
- They have already done 15,000 this year and they will do 5x to 6x more next year b y building this curriculum and make it accessible and affordable to people so a lot can get in this AI class.
- They will lower the anxiety in AI information.
- Will get assistance in AI to higher knowledge.
- Getting information about AI from the media is not going to help because it is the worst place to get it for it is over hype or over done.
- They can help train in building a tool set , essentially an AI tutor to teach you AI so you can get away from being sceptical and resistant to being proficient and confident.
- AI is not a software but a co-intelligence. It can be unreliable in its behaviour but it is highly effective.
[19:57] – Greg shares real world examples.
- As a thought partner, for example your boss ask you to build a marketing plan or a product road map for the next 3 months. You can give that task to AI by describing the product and tell AI to help you help build the road map.
- Decisions that there are options and you want to narrow those options to the best. AI can help in that and give you the best option because we all have blindspots.
- Use AI to compensate for your ‘weak muscle’in your business decision making.
[21:57] – Call to action.
