[3:35] – Gitte shares something that she believes about becoming successful that most people disagree with.

We are not here as humans to figure all things out.

[4:22] – Gitte talks about a new type of leadership that humans are demanding.

We see that there is something wrong when we see our climate and nature are suffering. Seeing people in the workplace are stressed, sick, having problems with mental health and well-being and not satisfied are signs that something is happening as a human disruption.

[5:55] – Gitte talks about curiosity and why it can create foresightfulness and the vision we need.

If you’re only looking on your data or models then you don’t really look out the window on what is actually happening. As an entrepreneur or a leader, you need to look out the window and have an authentic curiosity, not just from the top of your mind but also from the bottom of your heart.
The reason why you need to have the ability and to train authentic curiosity is because the world is changing in a much faster speed. Being curious or having foresightfulness is a key because we are all entrepreneurs and leaders.

We can figure it out from our rational mind because we have been raised and built that way but we have to add something new that we have forgotten about and that is mour ability to dive into our intuition to make radical change.
We need to do differently than what we are doing right now and that is both using our rationality and our drive and fire within to stay ahead.

[12:08] – Gitte talks about energy consciousness and what it can do to create better intuition and wisdom.

Everything has energy frequencies and everything around us is nature. We as individuals have our own energy frequency and we have to train how this energy works for us and understand how we can tap into this energy. If we can learn to do that, we can unleash our potential through our intuition and dig into our wisdom on what is our purpose on earth.
Sometimes we try to figure out why we are not happy or something is not good for us but if we dare to surrender to not try to figure out and be still then we can actually hold that treasure that lies within us.
Its not a matter of trying to compete with everyone because we all have our own way.

[15:18] – Gitte talks about staying relevant is key in this world and how must businesses transform to stay relevant and resilient in the future.

Humans change and when people change , we also as entrepreneurs need to change the way we lead or develop businesses.
No matter what is the size of our business, we should look at how our business model should adjust, how our customer journey should shift and how processes should be, use of KPI’s, value proposition and how were looking to drive our businesses to change.
We need to find a new way of building a sustainable future and building a new world that is joyful and looking after nature so we can be here for a much longer period.

[17:46] – Gitte talks about how we can improve decisions with data, AI and intuition.

Technology has helped us a long way and we get connected in an energetic connection even if we are far away from each other but if we only look at the data or go out with AI or technology, we will not be able to use our full potential and succeed.
Our full potential comes when we access the gift or our true calling. We can do that by being more conscious about being a role model.
In the next 10 years, we will have the true AI and if we will not gain our power as humans then we won’t be able to control what AI is able to.
The better we are as humans, the better AI and technological gadgets will become.

We can’t figure it all out. We have to try and surrender to our energy and follow both our rational mind and intuition.
We have to be still and in order to that we need to have a break, a pause and listen because we will have guidance from within to get both the energy and inspiration that comes from a true place and have a balance in life.
