[03:19] – The ideal person an online course is great for…
- The ideal person we see coming in to create a course falls into different categories.
- First is the expert, the coach, or the consultant.
- Second is the people that you’re working right now, that want to create a successful online business and want to do it the right way.
- Third, is the online influencer.
[06:10] – Who is an online course not for?
- Anything for anyone is for nobody.
- There are folks that an online course is not for. The first category is, people who don’t want to do the work.
- If people scare you, and you feel like you don’t want to help them, then online courses are probably not the best model for you.
[08:51] – Why are online courses such a dream business model?
- Dream business is the opposite of a nightmare business. A nightmare business model is one that leaves you unfulfilled, stressed out, does not give you any money, or makes you work so much that you don’t have time to go to the bathroom.
- It is a dream business because it generates a lot of revenue and has a high margin. Also, you are making a big impact on peoples’ lives. And finally, there’s freedom and flexibility – you’re setup for long-term success.

[14:41] – The first three of eight keys to a successful online course.
- You need a strong “why”.
- You need an idea for a course that gets people results.
- It’s one thing to have an idea… It’s another to know if it will sell.
[18:17] – The “will it sell” test
- It can eliminate about 98% of error just by creating a simple task.
[19:03] – Other keys to a successful online course…
- You need to have an email list of the right people you know you can trust to launch a successful online course.
- You need to know how to name, price, and position your course to be irresistible.
- You can either pre-sell your course, launch it, and then record it; or record your course first, then launch it. Either way, you can be successful.

0 (1m 28s):
Listen to business made simple wherever you get your podcasts. DSG say what's up to Fire Nation and share something interesting about yourself that most people don't know.
1 (1m 41s):
Well, what's up Fire Nation. I like it. A juicy question right off the bat. As you can tell, as I'm stalling here, as I talk slow, I'll tell you something. This is something a lot of people that especially online don't know me and people in person do you know about best. If you meet me for two seconds, is that I am obsessed with slow pitch softball. What slow pitch softball? Yes. Is my jam. The amount of time I spend thinking about it, playing it, wanting two teams on top of my business and playing and ordering bats would scare anyone. But it is one of my very passionate hobbies that I love.
0 (2m 17s):
Oh, Fire Nation. You have a hobby that you love. I hope that you are as obsessed and taking his full advantage while you can have your hobby as DSG is, do you share some of this on Instagram DSE? I think I have to start following you there on that.
1 (2m 30s):
You know, I do some, I, you know, I have a lot of business stuff on there too. I should probably even share more of that shenanigans. You know what I mean? Cause we do that. We do that a lot and you know, people love it too because my, my father who works for my company is, you know, JLD he is, and I'm going to date him right here. 69 years old. He'll be, he'll be. And he comes out and pitches batting practice to me at least once a week in the middle of the day behind a screen.
0 (2m 51s):
Oh, I know Randy. I love him. And now I love him even more. The fact that he goes out and does that. So that's super cool. And yes, I think you should start posting more stuff that cause I want to see at least one time in slow motion, you swinging and just completely missing losing your balance and falling on
1 (3m 6s):
I'll do I'll see what I can do. But you know, at David Siteman, Garland and Instagram, maybe coming soon,
0 (3m 11s):
Love it. Okay. So Fire Nation, we did the intro, you know, all about DSPs on the show, multiple, multiple times. And today's audio masterclass is why online courses are a dream. I said, dream business model. And we're going to really rock and roll this. We gonna be talking to us about eight keys to a successful online course. That is if we can get to that because we have so much to cover, but this is all leading up to a completely free live class, otherwise known as a webinar that we're going to be hosting on June 27th at 2:00 PM, Eastern 11:00 AM Pacific. Or if you live in St. Louis like DSG, it's 1:00 PM central time. I think it is.
1 (3m 50s):
You're absolutely right. We didn't know that such a time. So
0 (3m 54s):
EOFire.com/course eofire.com/course, press pause, Fire Nation, go over there, register for this event because it's completely free. So much value. We're going to do what we can to share some great things today, but there's going to be, oh, so much more on creating your dream business model during this entire episode. And then of course, during that incredible live masterclass eofire.com/course. So DSE, let's just dive right in and talk about the ideal person. An online course is great for,
1 (4m 28s):
Yeah. So this is a great question and realize whenever I'm answering the stuff, this is not just me throwing random spaghetti at a wall, right? So whenever I get a question for you're, JLD just to give people like a lightning fast context is that I've been doing this. I've been doing online courses since 2010 and I've been teaching online courses since 2013. So once I kind of master my success in it, we've been doing it since 2013 and personally I've done over 10 million in sales of my online courses. And then we now have 5,000 students in over a hundred countries that we've taught to do every type of course, under the sun from baby sleep training to clarinet lessons for adults. So anything that I'm mentioning here is not coming from any theory, it's coming from what we see, what we see in the weeds, if you will.
1 (5m 12s):
JLD right. So, you know, the ideal person that we see for coming in to create a course falls into a few different categories, right? Number one is what I would call kind of the expert, the coach or the consultant, right? So maybe you're a freelancer or you have a service-based business even, and you're either sick of trading dollars for hours, or you want to expand beyond dollars for hours because we all know that dollars for hours. They're great. And you can get a lot of dollars if you're really good, right. But there's a cap on it. And with online courses, there's no cap. So a lot of people that come in, they are experts in their field and maybe they coach the consult or something like that. And then when I come in and create a successful course, so that's one category. Another one are people that you're working right now, they're in a job, you know, maybe they're a hybrid, they're kind of a job.
1 (5m 57s):
And they have a side hustle as an entrepreneur or something like that. Right. But they want to create their own successful online business and want to do it the right way. So you've got nothing right now and you're thinking, you know what? I want to learn. What business models make the most sense for me, maybe you've dreamt about your own freedom-based impactful business and you want to make it a reality and you're ready to put in the hard work. You know, that's another great category of people that are highly qualified for online courses, right? And that also goes with more types of the expert business. So if you're an author or a speaker, you know, if you're an author, you know that the money's not in the books, right? The money is not in the books. The money is in the backend. And that's where an online course comes in.
1 (6m 38s):
Or if you're a speaker the money, oftentimes it's not just on stage. It's what happens later. So there's kind of a steady stream of income there as well. And the final category I would say is, even though I don't love this term, but people use it a lot. JLD kind of like an online influencer. So if you have a following or a blog or a web store or a podcast, and you're thinking, you know what, I just don't want some brand to pay me $20 to talk about them. And you want to develop a real business behind the scenes. That's where online courses come in. And those are usually the categories of folks that do the best with online courses that I would say,
0 (7m 12s):
Okay, so we just talked about who online courses are for who can really knock it out of the park with an online course. There might be some people that are like, well, I'm still just not sure, maybe online course isn't for me. So let's just break it down. Who is an online course? Not for
1 (7m 27s):
Anything for everyone is for nobody, right? Because at the end of the day, absolutely, there are folks that an online course is not for it. And the F and the first kind of category is, is people that don't want to do the work. Right? And so online courses, well, I can make it simpler and I could give the blueprint and I can cut your learning curve down by years and years and years and thousands and thousands of dollars, right? At the end of the day, it's about putting in the work. It's not about a magic button or something like that. It's about putting in the work. So if you're someone that you know is thinking, you know what, I'm going to give up at the first sign of trouble or the second sign of trouble. And I don't really want to, you know, invest in learning how to do this, right?
1 (8m 10s):
It's not going to be a business model for you. Okay. The second one JLD, and this is a big one. Every successful course, creator of course, wants to create a successful business, but also comes from a place of wanting to help people get results. All right? Because that, at the end of the day, you want to have to, or you have to love the idea of helping people. If that gets you excited, online courses are a great model. If people scare you and you don't want to help them, it's probably not the best model for you because you're going to be teaching your expertise and your, if you don't know what your expertise is, now we can help bring that out of you. But those are kind of the categories that I would say are more on who it's not for us.
1 (8m 53s):
You have to be willing to put in the work. You have to love to hate, hate people. That's not a good one. Please do not love to hate people. That was a Freudian tip. You want to, you want to make sure that, you know, you want to absolutely help people for sure. And so those are kind of the, what I would kind of quickly put the synopsis of what we've seen.
0 (9m 11s):
So DSG down here in Puerto Rico, I have a friend, good dude. He owns a four seat Cessna. And just over the weekend, we actually flew to St. Bart's. It was an incredible weekend. And while we were flying over the Caribbean, I pulled my iPhone out to snap, a quick picture. And my phone bus looked at it first. I was shocked that 8,500 feet over the Caribbean I signaled, but I did like two bars, but what buzz a notification, I just made a sale for Podcaster's paradise. My I've over 5,000 members in that community now. And oh, it just happened that as I was flying for the weekend to St. Bart's I made a sale to my course Podcaster's paradise. So beyond that dream scenario, which honestly happens, and it was awesome to see happen.
0 (9m 52s):
Why are online courses such a dream business model? Break that down.
1 (9m 57s):
Yeah. And that's a great question, because this was something that I was on a quest for for many years, right. When I was getting started. And like, JLD when I started, I was a podcaster, I didn't know my business model. I was trying to figure out different things that that would work. And just, I kind of stumbled into this world of an online course. And immediately I was captivated by the business model. And I'll explain why, because you know, a dream business is the opposite of, for lack of a better term, a nightmare business, right? A nightmare business is one that leaves you unfulfilled, stressed out. You're not making enough money, or maybe you're working so much that you don't even have time to go to the bathroom. Right. That's, that's what I see as the nightmare business model that a lot of people fall into that trap.
1 (10m 39s):
Right. And I was in that trap too. I totally get it right. But with my criteria, for a dream business and online courses, check, all these boxes are number one. I want something. And you want something that can generate a lot of revenue, but it has a big upside, right? It's got high margins because there's a lot of businesses out there where you could sell. I'm holding something random right now we're on audio, but just a picture, I'm holding a pen. Okay. I'm sure someone gets this pen and manufacturers it for 10 cents and sells it for 20 cents or something. Right. Something like that. Right. And what's interesting about online courses compared to so many other business models. It's like the shark tank thing. You see people come on shark tank and they make, they did a million dollars in revenue and the sharks were super excited.
1 (11m 22s):
And then they say to them, well, how much money did you make? And they say, we lost $10,000. Or we made $10,000. And you're like, oh my God, on a million dollars, are you serious? Online courses have 40 to 60% margins. And when you're starting can be even higher. So what does that mean? That means you get to keep more of your money. So that's a big upside that I see for online courses. Number one, right. Number two. And I mentioned this earlier, so I'm just gonna go through this fast. You're making a big impact. You're not creating something that has no value in the world, or you're not creating a, you know, I'm sure the person that created this coffee cup is super cool to my right, but it's not a super impactful thing with online courses. And it doesn't matter what topic that you teach on.
1 (12m 3s):
You are going to make an impact in the lives of your students. And that is very powerful as an entrepreneur, like you're actually doing something that's helpful and useful to people. So I see online courses as being one of the biggest ways that you can make an impact on people's lives, which is pretty darn cool. Right? Another big one is freedom and flexibility. Now let's not confuse freedom and flexibility with no work. Of course there's work, right? This is business. Welcome to the world. Jail date. There's business there's work, right? But with online courses, you get to control your schedule. You get to control your product. You don't have to be there when a sale actually happens. Just like you said, it can be up in a Cessna flying over Puerto Rico, whatever you're doing right.
1 (12m 47s):
Is you get the ultimate flexibility. Like I was talking about JLD today, right before I shot this interview today. Right. And then we're in a really busy season right now of different things that we're doing right before I shot this today. I was out hitting softballs with my dad for two hours in the middle of the day. Okay. Now I've got work to do this afternoon. That's great. But here's the thing with online courses, you get that freedom and flexibility, right? And so you get to do business on your terms and that's something that's thrown around a lot, but it's not something that people actually take action on. And online courses are one of the ultimate ways to do that. The other thing is that you're set up for long-term success and that's a big one. And people get this confused because of kind of the internet marketing hype that's out there nowadays, where people are like, oh my God, I have to make a million dollars in two minutes, or I'm a failure, right?
1 (13m 33s):
That's not true. Online courses are all about the long game. It's about getting your course out there and doing a launch properly. And JLD, that's what we're going to be talking about, by the way, on our free training on our webinar, it's going to be all about the four ways to launch your online course. That's what it's going to be all about. Right? We're going to deep dive into those and which ones make the most sense for people, but realize the purpose of the launch and getting it out there is to get your first customers in that's the goal. And then there's plenty of things that you can do after your launch to set yourself up for long-term success in a massive growing industry. And the final thing that I want to harp on it, by the way, I could go into 15 more of these, but I'm just gonna, I chose five for sake of time.
1 (14m 13s):
Constraints is it's fun. I mean, it's fun. Business should be fun. And if this gets you excited and it makes, and you're thinking, oh my God, you know, this sounds fun to me. And this is going to be a good time. Then you are absolutely a great candidate for doing an online course and doing it the right way.
0 (14m 28s):
Okay. Fire Nation. I'm not going to repeat everything that DSU just said because it was about 3000 words, all of them great. But I do want to just reiterate a few of them. Number one, this is business on your terms, Fire Nation business on your terms, and what better freedom is that? And you're set up for long-term success. I launched podcast is paradise in 2013, we have over 5,000 members, not overnight over these six years, Fire Nation, I've set myself up for long-term success. So I launched a course back in 2013. Yeah. I've updated it. Not a hundred percent. I mean, we've updated as we've needed to. And that same course that I launched six years ago is making me money to this day, while I'm flying over the Caribbean on my way to St to the weekend.
0 (15m 11s):
And gosh, darn it, DSG. It's fun. And it really can be fun Fire Nation, because this is course material that you like. This is content that you like. This is value that you're giving to the world. You're changing people's lives with things that you're fire about with things that you're passionate about, the you love. And that is fun. And we're going to talk very intently about how to be successful with your online course. When we get back from thanking our sponsor. 0 (17m 40s):
So DSG back in, man, we've already dropped so many value bombs, but you are going to break down for us right now, what it takes to actually be successful with your online course, because you've seen people have massive success and you've seen people flop on their pretty little face, everything in between as well, take it away for us.
1 (17m 57s):
Yeah. So when I'm at duke here, I think the best thing to do, why don't we break it down into eight things. So I'm going to go through it. And obviously, you know, we're on this interview. We can't go through every single thing in extreme detail. I can't bring out my chart and my magnifying glass and my, you know, all that kind of stuff. But I want to give you guys an overview of what you need to do to be successful. Okay. Cool. Cool. Cool. All right. Cool. So number one is you need a strong, why you need a strong, why, why do you want to create a successful course? And you have to be very honest with yourself about what your reason is this, or what reason it is for you. Is it financial freedom? Is it quitting your job? Is it helping others to succeed? Which by the way is always a no-brainer right. Always wanna help others to succeed.
1 (18m 38s):
And what I've noticed is a lot of people are combo it's it's. I want to quit my job and I want to help others succeed. I want to help others succeed. And I want to, you know, retire my parents. And we've seen so many different people go through this, but they always have a strong wine and it could be anything. I mean, we've seen it all across the board with all my students. And so you got to start there with that. Why? Okay. Now, number two is you need an idea for a course that gets people results. Okay. So I'm going to start with that. So gets people results. So JLD, what's the result of someone taking Podcaster's paradise.
0 (19m 13s):
They are going to create launch, grow and monetize their podcast.
1 (19m 17s):
There you go. Thank you. JLD right on the spot. Got it. Like clockwork, right? And the thing is that the most successful courses, right? And the most successful course creators, they're going to focus. It's not going to be on fluff. It's not going to be on something that makes you how to feel better or something like that. The course is going to be all about getting people results. Right? So getting them from point a to point C, how to write the book, how to jump higher, how to lose the 10 pounds, whatever it is, it results based course. But this is the key. This is the key JLD and Fire Nation that comes from either your personal experience. Meaning you've gotten the result. You learn to jump higher, you learn to lose the weight.
1 (19m 58s):
You learn how to write the book, right. And you've done it, right? And now you're going to share it with others, how you did it and, or teaching others in another format. So you've taught other, you taught Sally, Joe and Steve, how to write a book via coaching. You taught Joe and Sam, how to lose the 10 pounds via group coaching. And you taught someone how to jump higher, you know, via coaching as well. And the idea here is that the most successful courses come from one of those two things or both, they don't have to be both, but you have to either have personal experience in, or teaching others in another format. And then you need to learn how to turn that idea into a step-by-step course.
1 (20m 40s):
So meaning taking what you know, how to do and turning it into a step-by-step methodology. Does that make sense? Jail dates? I explain
0 (20m 47s):
That,
1 (20m 48s):
Correct. Okay, cool. Now what's number three, number three. And I'm gonna leave you hanging on this one, but I promise you we're gonna cover a lot more in the training on this. Okay. It's another, you know, it's one thing to have an idea. This is number three. Another to know if it will sell. Right. Cause it's big difference. I've got plenty of ideas all day. That probably are not any good JLD and I bet you do too, right? Well, maybe not yet out there, every idea JLD has cool. Right? But here's the thing. You need to have a system, a methodology, to know how to test it, to see if it will sell without wasting time. And that's something we teach our students how to do. And that's something we spend a lot of time on is that we know how to eliminate about 98% of error just by taking things through a simple task, we call it the will itself test, right?
1 (21m 37s):
And the bottom line here is that will stop you or redirect you to make sure that you have something it's not only coming from your expertise and personal experience, but it's also something that will sell very, very important. Okay. Now, number four, rolling right through this. We're going, right. Like I feel like I'm like one of those big, what are those things that like go through the pavement, a paver. There we go. So number four is JLD. I want to ask you this question right on the spot. My friend, do you need to have an email list of the right folks who know, like, and trust you to create a, to launch a successful online course? No incorrect.
1 (22m 18s):
The answer is yes. Thank you for coming. Now.
0 (22m 20s):
Instagram has 91,000 followers are super
1 (22m 23s):
Engaged. Absolutely. That is very true. But here's the thing you don't own Instagram jail day. And what happens if Instagram sells tomorrow and all of a sudden you're stuck there and they're like, by the way, Instagram's gone or they say, guess what? Instagram is still here, but you have to pay a million dollars a year to use it. Right, mark.
0 (22m 39s):
It's not
1 (22m 40s):
Nice. It's not nice to Mr. Zuckerberg. Appreciate ya. But Hey, the bottom line here is the best thing to move the needle when it comes to online course. And by the way, all those things like social media and podcasts, those are a tremendous assets that can be leveraged into your course launch for sure. Okay. But you need an email list of the right folks who know like, and trust you your peeps. And we can tell you this from thousands of students, that email is going to be the number. One thing that Mo that moves the needle and social media by the way is great. It can help move the needle as well and bring people to email and yada yada yada. But the bottom line here is I'm actually going to give you guys a number that you should strive for, okay.
1 (23m 20s):
On your email list. Ready? This is what I'd recommend is that the minimum people that you want to get on your email list, and we're going to show you more about this in the training and all that kind of stuff as well is a thousand people to launch your course. You want a thousand people on your email list and not just anyone you want your ideal perfect customers for your online course. And JLD does a lot of good stuff about talking about customer avatars and things like that as well. But that's the bare minimum is getting a thousand people on your email list to launch your course. That is step number four. Okay. Now obviously we're not getting into how to build a thousand person email list today, jail date, because that would be an entirely separate podcast, right. My friend.
1 (24m 1s):
Right? Right. However, we just want to give the, the broad strokes here of the eight things to be successful. Okay. Number five is you need to know how to name, price, position, your course, to be freaking irresistible. Right? So how to come up with the right name, how to come with the right price and how to come up with the right positioning. So really what that means in a nutshell is how to create the perfect offer. Because it's one thing to have a great course. It's a one thing to have a great topic, but how do you create the right packaging? How do you create the right offer so that people are lining up to enroll in it? And that is number five, that is the key to success.
1 (24m 42s):
Right? Then number six is recording your course and getting it up on your course website and making sure you can accept payments all that techie stuff without tech stress or not knowing what tools you need now. JLD I want to ask you a question, right? I'm going to throw you on the
0 (24m 59s):
Bus now I'm overwhelmed. Like let's do
1 (25m 1s):
It. This one's going to be even tougher. Okay. So there are two ways to do your course. And I want you to tell me is one of these better? Okay. Yes. One way is that you pre-sell your course, that means you launch your course, which we'll talk about here in a second and then you actually record it. So meaning you launch it, then you record it and option number two is that you record it first, then you watch it. And I want to ask you and put you right on the spot is one of those better than the other
0 (25m 34s):
Option. Number one.
1 (25m 36s):
And the thing is JLD you, I'm going to give you credit. I'm going to say you're right with a caveat. Okay. Okay. What we have seen is that people are successful either way, either way. We've got thousands of students that prefer to pre-record it. And the reason they do that JLD is that they just want to get it off the plate. So then they can focus on launching. Does that make sense? Totally. Right. And then we've got thousands of students that pre-sell then record and guess what? That's a faster way to go, right? That's a faster way to go because now you're going to sell it. Then you're going to record it. And let me tell you this, regardless of your personality right now, if you're like more like, I need to get it done and get it out there, or I want to get it out there, then get it done either way.
1 (26m 18s):
You're going to be successful. Cool. Cool. So the answer JLD you are correct. Basically.
0 (26m 23s):
I'm going to give myself right now a 0.5 out of two,
1 (26m 26s):
Right? I have a gold star. I ripped it a little bit. Now I'll give you half of that. Okay. So there you go. So, but just for the sake of putting these things in linear order here, you know, you got recording your course and getting it up on your course website. Okay. So I put that as number six, but this could be flip-flopped with number seven, because number seven is your first launch. Okay? Number seven is what I call the VIP launch. And the way that I teach this JLD is a lot different than what some people share. And we found a very effective way of doing this. A VIP launch is not some what I would call it, cheapo launch, or like beta launch. Some people like to use those terms, VIP launch, you're going to bring in those very best first customers.
1 (27m 8s):
That's the entire purpose of your launch is getting your course out there and getting your first customers in. It might be five customers. It might be 20 customers. It might be a hundred customers. It might be 500 customers. Everybody's a little bit different, but the entire purpose of that launch is to bring customers in. And by the way, on this training JLD and you'll have to remind me here. The link is eofire.com/course that we're going to be doing right. Four ways to launch your online course in 2019, we're going to break down the four ways to launch your course, and you can done the decide. We're going to show you how to decide which one is right for you, your situation and your personality, because there's four very specific ways to launch your course.
1 (27m 51s):
And I'm going to show you all of those on the training and also the biggest mistake you can make during your course launch and how to avoid it. And finally, I'm going to share with you shortcuts to get your course launch faster. So we're talking about in less than 90 days, regardless of where you're at right now. So if you're sitting there right now, as they say in poker jail day, with just a chip in a chair, you know, no email list, no website, doesn't matter. We can get you to launch in less than 90 days. I promise you, including building your email list, all the things that you need to do, I promise you that we'll be going through some shortcuts to do that on the training. So that's going to be pretty cool that we have coming up, right? So step number seven is their first launch.
1 (28m 32s):
And then we move into the final note here, which is step number eight. And step number eight is where this all comes together. JLD right back into a fun circle, right? Is a long term strategy after your first launch, right? Because most people forget this or they don't know it. And they think, oh, I just launch. And then I just go do something else or that's it. Or, you know, I move on to, you know, doing who knows what, right? But the launch is just the beginning. It's the kickoff. So you're gonna learn how to tweak and perfect it and take amazing care of your customers and turn your course into a 24 7 sales machine.
1 (29m 14s):
That's what you want to do. And that's the final step. So that you're then bringing in sales 24 7 in a really, really smart way. So that JLD was the fastest I've ever explained. The eight keys to success here with a, an online course. Like I am like sweating here, but I hope that I got that all out the Fire Nation to at least get the wheels, turning at least get the wheels turning, right?
0 (29m 39s):
I mean, Fire Nation, just like the previous section, I'm not going to go through everything that DSG said, but I want to call out a few things that I was really digging. Number one, what is that strong? Why? And we all have a strong why just find yours. And of course you need to figure out how you're going to make sure that it's something that will sell how to turn your strong, why into something that will sell. And it is a hundred percent there. Let us help you find it. And going back to that email list, a thousand people, a thousand of the right people, Fire Nation, that's all you need very successful launch. And you can go from nothing to launch in 90 days. That is 9 0 5 nations. So just think three months from now, you can have a successful launch happening as we speak.
0 (30m 24s):

0 (31m 52s):
1 (31m 55s):
Is always a good thing. And number two, number two is graphics. So speed and graphics. Those are my two big hints that I'll talk about on the webinar.
0 (32m 7s):
I just got shivers. I'm not sure why, but I need to close that loop. I hope you do too. Fire Nation, EOFire.com/course, and DSG one very quick, one very brief takeaway. You want to make sure a Fire Nation walks away with,
1 (32m 21s):
Yeah. I think a big takeaway here is that, you know, you are certainly not too late. If you're interested in online courses, you know, it's funny as things become, this is a massive growing industry. I mean, we're talking about a massive growing industry and we have data to back that up when it comes to a massive growing industry, right? Like for example, Forbes was talking about that. E-learning is climbing to 325 billion by 2025. Okay. Think about that 325 billion by 2025. Do you know what it was in 2015, 107 billion. Okay. You know what? It was in 2013, 56.2 billion.
1 (33m 1s):
You know what? It was in 2011 35.6 billion billion. So we're talking about something going from 35.6 billion projected to 325 billion. There is a massive growth industry has massive opportunity. And what that means is you have not missed the ball on this. You have not missed the train. The train is boarding. We're leaving the station soon. We could get this done in 90 days and get this going. You want to take advantage of this now, but don't ever ever think that it is too late because the timing is right now,
0 (33m 33s):
