3 Value Bombs
1) It is very realistic, possible and doable to draw a full-time income as an online solopreneur but it requires a level of focus and tenacity.
2) A homebase or a website, something to sell, a product or content and a way to take the money are the three things that are needed to work the minimum.
3) The hallmark of a successful business is being able to do the things you want and get to live the life that you want.

Today’s Audio MASTERCLASS: Recurring, Repeatable, Reliable Online Income
[1:22] – Dan shares something that he believes about becoming successful that most people disagree with.
- Nobody talks about the time. The things that you think make a successful business today aren’t going to be the things you will believe 10 years from now. As time marches on your view of success changes as you age.
[3:00] – Dan talks about being able to draw a full-time income as an online solopreneur.
- It is very realistic, possible and doable to draw a full-time income as an online solopreneur but it requires a level of focus and tenacity.
- They teach their audience to focus on ‘rolling a snowball’ and make sure that everything that they are doing contributes to their business. They have to figure out and think ahead if this activity will keep going a month after that or else they will be reinventing the wheel every single week but can’t get to anywhere because they have not change their mindset to being full time all the time.
[5:26] – Dan tells the absolute minimum you would need to make that happen.
- There are three pieces that you have to have. A homebase or a website, something to sell, a product or content and a way to take the money like PayPal. These three things are needed to work the minimum.
[8:12] – Dan talks about the hallmark traits of successful online businesses.
- The hallmark of a successful business is being able to do the things you want and get to live the life that you want.

[14:33] – Dan talks about how to make the income repeatable and reliable, without a salary.
- In the beginning, he didn’t had the mindset that his product will be an annual thing. Somebody suggested to him to pre-sell his product on the next year and he did it. He did not only made a pre-sell on the next year, he even made more money for the current year. This gave him a though on how to repeat their income from one year to the next.
[19:58] – Dan shares the passive income through affiliate lifetime commission.
- He realized the opportunity of passive income through affiliate lifetime commission. He thought of looking for contributors who have lifetime commissions because it is not dependent on the activity and is generating income passively.
- They also tried to make his wife Rachel’s book turn in more income by inserting postcards and advertisement in its pages that invites the readers in their website. They are looking for opportunities that is not only a one time activity but will extend into more income down the road.
[25:30] – Dan gives his take away.
- You really need the 3 basic temples; website, way to capture the money and the product to sell (service, content) and only when you have that does every other part of your business have purpose. Build that foundation and figure out how to turn it into a real full time income. Base it also on something that you love and you are able to think forward, it will be successful.
- You need the base and the mental aspect of how you can make it last.
