- Deborah was misdiagnosed and mis-prescribed of a topical chemo cream, she became very sick after she applied it on her body and had a liver toxicity. She and her daughter Juliana went on a search for all things that are toxin-free to reduce the the load in her body and they were able to create toxin-free products . It was quite a journey but before they met Clay, they were stuck on how they can get their incredible product out in the market. Clay came and helped them successfully launch their business in the market.

- One of his clients , Bob is the owner of Grill Blazer. He develop a product which is a propane torch grill gun but he doesn’t know what to do. He went to people that were only focused on marketing and branding but Clay helped him all the 14 aspects. His sales grew from no sales to millions and millions of dollars sales.
- Give A Derm has implemented and focused on all the 14 aspects and has experienced a 4000% growth.

- First, their initial focus is getting a very good product because their customer return rate is 50-60% but they didn’t what to do after that. They met Clay in one of his business conferences and he gave them an outline and walked them through the process. They targeted contacts and connected with them and created amazing video reviews that she personally likes.
- Juliana adds that Clay’ proven principles really helped build their business and they see it grow. The aspect of accountability and seeing the points of weakness, tracking the numbers and addressing the weak spots are very important. Clay really knows how to get people where they want to go in their business.

You Do Not Track”.
- He gives three of his case studies / clients in which he used the methodology including Give A Derm. In all types of businesses, you need to track because if you don’t it will slack which means you have to see how many leads that go to their website and actually buy the product. You need to optimize the website to increase the conversion rate and to do that , you need to see the numbers.
- An example of “Measure what you Treasure” is the story of Dr. Shawn Baker, the author of The Carnivore Diet, who tracked and measured the people who did the diet and actually loss weight.
- Clay shares his secret that his income is just a percentage of the growth of the business of his clients.

- They do weekly meeting or coach call which is every Friday to look at the hard numbers. She emphasize the importance of accountability and having a tracking sheet to monitor the numbers.
- Deborah adds that if you have a talent to be an Olympic Athlete and don’t have a coach, you probably will not be part of the Olympics. They have an incredible product and Clay helped them to take that amazing product out in the market.
