3 Value Bombs
1) Intuition is the most profound and valuable thing that we have and know the least about and use the least.
2) We’re all scared and we’re all conditioned to play it safe but we need to take a chance in order to live our best life.
3) Constraints are there to keep us down but it is actually our guide posts to lean on.

[18:50] – Chase talks about constraints.
- Constraints are there to keep us down. Not having enough money, not having enough time, not having a better job.
- When you study the process of creativity, “constraints are actually our guide posts” as Stefan Sagmeister, a legendary designer once said. Creativity in action is learning to lean on those things rather than describing them as things that hold us back.
- There are things we are naturally good at but culture told us otherwise and its this constraints that keep us down. If we can re-wire our brain and learn some basic solution to help us get out of our own way, the world is our oyster.
