Today’s Audio MASTERCLASS: How Bryan Harris Created a $1,000,000 Coaching Business
[1:25] – Bryan shares something that he believes about becoming successful that most people disagree with.
- Most people think success is reaching their monetary goals but for him the definition of success is answering the three questions “Am I doing what I’m suppose to do?”, “ Am I doing it with the people I’m suppose to be doing it with?” , and “Am I legitimately helping people?”.
[3:08] – Bryan talks about why he change his focus to teaching email list growth and shifted to showing people how to scale their high ticket coaching.
- Your email list is important and it matters. Grow , serve and sow your list is still very much true but that is not the end point. The thing that he was obsessed about during the last 9 years is the results. He found out that the success rate after selling thousands of courses was below 1% and it was not objectively good.
- After experimenting on different products he found out that the most effective product type is coaching because it works and it produces actual transformation and impact.
- The most root level entrepreneur question is “What’s a problem so interesting that you would gladly bet the next 20 years of your life solving?” For them the problem they are solving is making it nearly impossible for businesses to fail on getting customers. Their mission is to free up people’s time by being marketing experts for them and bring space for them to be better at the thing they are doing.

- It is very realistic and 90% of their clients do it in 6 months. One key is having a one marketing channel for one product with a high ticket offer.

- One mistake in scale is when the business owners continually do the marketing work or tracking of their partnerships on their own instead of hiring a professional to do it for their business.

- They have two things, a Tracker sheet which looks for the 4 most important things in partnership: getting the eyeballs, turning those eyeballs into leads, turning the leads into bookings and the bookings into actual customers.
