[01:20] – Ariana and Tom were college sweethearts.
[01:32] – Their entrepreneurial journey started when Tom graduated and started a career in real estate.
[01:51] – Ariana has a degree in zoology, but went after the lifestyle they wanted when Tom went deeper into entrepreneurship.

[04:50] – Worst Entrepreneurial Moment: Ariana got to a point where she was ready to let Tom give it all up. She let Tom lead the way without figuring out how she fit in. It came to a point where she was unhappy, and Tom offered to just close their businesses and go another path.

[08:25] – Entrepreneurial AH-HA Moment: Tom and Ariana had a lot of conversations about what they were going to do if they were to close their businesses in order to find the path Ariana wanted to take. During one of their difficult conversations, they realized the main problem was that Ariana was misaligned and disconnected to the business. Tom asked her who her ideal clients were; she said people like them. And so they started to help family-focused entrepreneurs build businesses.
