[1:77] – Anthony shares something that he believes about becoming successful that most people disagree with.
- Slow and steady does not win the race. The fastest winner wins the race. That mindset can often lead people to stay stagnant way too long without progressing.
[2:23] – How realistic is it to make passive income, specifically with publishing?
- After you create the audio book and submit it to ACS, which is the platform you can use to upload your audiobook on Audible, that is 100% passive.
- Kindle Direct Publishing is very passive.
- Put that product to the world and then you don’t need to touch that product and still generate an income.
[4:48] – A way to guarantee a book created will make money.
- Most people go wrong when it comes to publishing a book is they believe they have a good idea and the good idea is gonna make them money.
- We overlook an important part of publishing our product, which is knowing the demand out there. The market does not care about your idea. It’s all about what your idea can do to a customer.
- Find a proof of concept. Look for 3 or more books making 500-1000 per month and have under 100 reviews.
