- During the pandemic, he began making sea moss to boost his family’s immune system and gave it to nurses for free.

- Growing too fast can be overwhelming and cause problems for a business. Their company made $2.5 million in sales during Black Friday and Cyber Monday, but it took six months to fulfill all the orders.
- Pay attention to metrics: numbers, impressions, and traffic.
- Despite the challenges, their business achieved seven figures within seven months of launching and gained significant traction after appearing on Shark Tank.

- Alexiou believes they have not made any mistakes, but there are challenges in running a successful business.
- They have a team of 120 and approach every situation calmly and thoughtfully, which has helped them avoid regretful decisions.

- To become successful, Alexiou’s first step was to be in a positive environment, including what he listens to, reads, and the people around him.
