Crushing It

Gary is a part of my morning Flash Brief; I tune in to his videos at least a couple of times per week; and if you were to pull an earbud away from me at any given moment throughout the day, you might hear him going off on one of his rants.

He might not be for everyone, but I know he speaks the truth when it comes to the type of mindset it takes to crush it as an entrepreneur.

One example of this is in Chapter 4 of Crushing It (affiliate link). Gary writes:

Every day I meet people who swear they are going to start their own “thing.” Most won’t. I asked my team to give me a list of the most common reason they’ve heard, whether in the comments section of our content or in their interactions with other aspiring entrepreneurs, for failing to crush it. 

He continues to list off about 20 of the most common reasons, and I challenge you to never be the one who uses one (or more) of them as an excuse to not pursue your dreams.

Freedom is much more important than excuses.

I’ve followed Gary for a really long time, and I admire a lot about his hustle and what he’s created. To say I’m honored to be featured in both the intro of Crushing It and in Chapter 14 on podcasting would be an understatement.
