- It all comes down to data. Data is the most powerful resource in the world even surpassing oil. The reason why FACEBOOK bought Whatsapp for $17B is because of the data that is housed inside it. FACEBOOK has the most data in all platforms.
- There are 52,000 data points on every single profile in FACEBOOK and it knows you better than you know yourself and it can serve you ads.
- Its powerful because it collects data ineffable. When you search something Google, FACEBOOK is also watching. It tracks your movement patterns online creates shadow profiles.

- It is the best adverstising platform simply because it works. FACEBOOK has interruption marketing , that interrupts you from your daily scroll.

- All business should rely on in house marketing. They recommend that they should train someone from their team to learn marketing.
- The issue of outsourcing with agencies is you will spend $5-10K per month but it will give you the traction you need for 3 months and after that it literally flatlines, no more marketing flow and no more new customers because no one is running the ads for you and you are not knowledgeable.
- If you decide to get an agency marketing, make sure you learn it first so that you will help yourself hold the agency accountable because you know how it works. Always keep an in house marketing for your company.

- Right now the Facebook algorithm, AI machine learning is getting super smart and what is really working is broad-targeting and focus more on messaging because messaging is the new targeting.
- They are running ads to different businesses / companies and letting Facebook find the right people for you. What you just need to get good at is messaging. To write an effective ad copy to captivate and convert those people properly, this is an important skill set that every business owner must dive into.
- Know your customers more than they know themselves that will make them feel that the ad is created for them.
- The biggest ship he has seen is going from intense targeting to broad targeting and getting really good in messaging.

- 97% of people who visit your website for the first time are not going to buy from you and the biggest mistake you can make is giving up on running Facebook ads because of not getting sales.

- Retargeting are the most profitable ads that you can run. It means that you keep seeing the same ads and it keeps popping and following you in every platform you visit.
- This is what big companies are doing consistently to make billions and billions of dollars because they understand the 97% statistics.
- Another mistake in running ads is boosting your post because the issue in boosting post is you will not have the same control as you have when you are the Facebook ads manager.
