[1:14] – Brooke shares something that she believes about becoming successful that most people disagree with.
- You are not truly free until you are okay with being hated for the things that you love.
[1:58] – Brooke shares how the landscape of remote sales has evolved.
- Remote sales today is unrecognizable compared to 5 years ago and the biggest reason was Covid-19 because it forced everything to move online where online businesses and sales people had a massive soar.
- Back in 2018, remote sales was in a different game. There was no inbound and she had to call people through her personal phone, no regulations and you just do what you want. It created a side hustle mentality because the industry was so volatile.
- Remote sales today is completely different because now there is onboarding procedure and a lot of structure in place so that sales can be a real career and not just a side hustle where you can make more money out of it.

- Women are naturally born communicators laid with empathy and connection.
- Sales today requires authenticity and women does an incredible job at making people feel safe and understood.
- Stop fearing what people might say and just say it anyway because we need to speak the truth even if its not comfortable for us.

- The biggest barrier in sales is thinking that we have to fit a mould.
- She struggled in her identity as a sales person because she was a primary school teacher and had no experience in sales. She didn’t had her breakthrough until she owned her label and spoke her truth. The moment she stopped tyring to be liked and be authentic, she started hitting her 20K per month.

- It looked like being kind not nice. The way she used to sell is like being a bestfriend but now when she sells she just soeaks the truth and challenge her clients and say to them what they need to hear and not what they want to hear.

- You forfeit being an employee the moment you become a remote closer. You are now an entrepreneur and you will not survive if you continue to think and act like an employee.
- After making that switch from an employee to an entrepreneur, she gained that type of freedom she thought was not possible.
- This work makes you design a lifestyle that what matters to you and to her, it is being able to work from anywhere in the world. She is in charge of how much money she makes.
- Flexibility is the new frredom and it is one of the most liberating shifts that is happening in sales today.

- She started in remote sales with male-dominated teams and it made her feel someone that she was not. She found it difficult to drop in her femininity because she was surrounded with masculinity.
- A community of women is everything because being a part of a network of like-minded women and getting their support amplifies your strength as a woman.
- She created a community where they all lift each other up and bring out unique experiences on the table. She has seen first hand that women can accomplish many things together than in isolation.
- When you surround yourself with people who wants to see you succeed and you want to see succeed, that is a real game changer.
