3 Value Bombs
1) Entrepreneurship involves long hours , constant challenges, significant risks and is far from a carefree lifestyle that many people envisioned.
2) People who want to be successful need to be willing to do the things that others are not willing to do. Being successful is not a destination, it’s a lifestyle.
3) Success is possible but you got to do the work. Who you know and what you know is important but what you do is the most important thing.

Today’s Audio MASTERCLASS: Overnight Success. Don’t kid yourself.
[1:43] – Todd shares something that he believes about becoming successful .
- Many people imagine being entrepreneurs is glamorous and is easier than working for somebody because they can set their own rules and own hours as they please and have others do the work while they do the money, but in reality it is the opposite. Entrepreneurship involves long hours , constant challenges, significant risks and is far from a carefree lifestyle that many people envisioned.
[3:28] – Todd talks about what it takes to succeed on the world today.
- We live in a world of instant gratification and everybody wants the easy way. When people see somebody successful, they only see the nice things they have but they don’t realize what it took from that person to get to that level.
- People who want to be successful need to be willing to do the things that others are not willing to do. Being successful is not a destination, it’s a lifestyle. Entrepreneurship and owning a business is not for everybody because true entrepreneurs work 24/7.
[6:35] – Todd shares his message to young listeners in the audience today.
- There is this belief that it is easy and instant gratification when you watch young people on social media flashing their Ferrari, walking around their mansions and showing off their expensive brands but many times it is not real and they do not own those things and its just for their videos to portray a lifestyle they don’t actually have. They do this to earn money and get views.
- You can’t learn something from somebody who have not done it themselves. You got to do the work, be patient and have to understand that there is no such thing as overnight success, There is no such thing as a big break, you’ve got to create your big break.
- Sometimes things fall into place and the stars align, but when that happens, you better know how to be prepared for it.

[13:10] – Todd tells why he believes there is no end to the journey.
- Its not about the end goal. Once you hit your goal, you’ve got to create a new one and work towards it. Look at it in a way that it is in your DNA to create things, opportunities for other people and make the world a better place.
- It is a never ending journey of good and bad experiences where you learn and be better every single day. It’s a constant journey of becoming better and hopefully contributing to the world as you do it.
[17:20] – Todd tells more of striving to be better every day.
- He does the best thing he can every single day and if he can learn something that he didn’t yesterday, he will do it.
- His philosophy is you can learn something from everybody, you just need to pay attention to those nuggets of wisdom and life lessons.
- He shared his story when he started his business and how he cried a lot and was overwhelmed with stress and anxiety. He came to the point that he had to make a decision to give up or to get up and time after time he decided to get up.
[20:27] – Todd shares his biggest takeaway.
- Success is possible but you got to do the work. Who you know and what you know is important but what you do is the most important thing.
- You can get all the breaks in the world but if you don’t put the effort in you will never make it.
- You will always find someone or something to blame if you don’t take responsibility for your own success.
- There is no such thing as entitled and those who will go into that mentality are going to be let down very quickly, take responsibility for yourself and for those around you.
- The more harder you work for something, the more it means to you.
