3 Value Bombs
1) In social media platforms, people are coming to your profile and judge you in the first 6 secs. You have to get first their interest so they will go and read your content basically telling them who you are, what you do and who you serve in the first 6 secs.
2) The whole goal is to build trust and like factor so you should include your processes, work flow, business stories and lessons learned.
3) Get your engagement group to like and comment on your posts as soon as you posted it. When you get enough engagement on accounts with bigger followers than you, it will create a viral effect and helps your post and get more groups and followers.

- In social media platforms, people are coming to your profile and judge you in the first 6 secs. You have to get first their interest so they will go and read your content basically telling them who you are, what you do and who you serve in the first 6 secs.
[3:37] – Zach shares what are the variants of posts that every one should have.
- Sharing more of their personal stories to build trust and credibility. Talking about pains and gains, lessons learned from the struggles and to be open and vulnerable attracts them to your profile.

- Occasionally, he does promotional posts and one of them is Russel Brunson who is the founder of Click Funnels and is currently doing well in LinkedIn.

[11:54] – Zach tells about promotional post, his case studies, results, clients stories, etc. what he did, how he did it and how othern potential clients can do the same.
- Promotional post is like “tuning your own horn”. Showcasing your case studies, talking about success stories and client stories gets people to focus on results-based thinking.
- Its basically being transparent and vulnerable with what you did, how you did it and how you can do that for them.
[12:53] – Zach tells more about case studies.
- Showcasing the before and after results on social media channels for example, taking screenshot of pictures when they just started working with a number of followers and after 2-6 months showing how their followers grew in number.
- It really works well because people get excited about growth and making money and everybody wants it.
[14:22] – Zach shares about engagement and 3 categories of profiles.
- LinkedIn’s algorithm nowadays is appreciating users for engaging in other profiles.
- These 3 categories of engagement groups are the followers or active users who follow your posts, your ICP or the people to know you and potentially see your offers and your competitors who have your target audience.
- You need to get your engagement group to like and comment on your posts as soon as you posted it. When you get enough engagement on accounts with bigger followers than you, it will create a viral effect and helps your post and get more groups and followers.
[16:27] – Zach shares how to start doing the right thing in LinkedIn.
- First thing to do is model success by going and researching the profile of the people you like, trust, admire and look up to. He mentioned again Russel Brunson as an example who is really doing well in LinkedIn nowadays.
- See what they are doing in their account and duplicate it also adding your own style to it.
- A lot of people are afraid of LinkedIn because they think its only for business networks and think that it is hard to post in it compared to Instagram and Facebook but its necessary to get over that fear and begin posting your personal stories , create engagement groups with your circle of friends and start to see results..
