Hiring people is a minefield. It’s a minefield of litigation, it’s a minefield of expectations, and it’s a minefield of continuity.
You can move things through different time zones. You can move things through different languages and keep a 24/7 system.

Using a global workforce, we kept our leasing agents on staff and on the clock 24 hours a day, seven days a week to lease commercial office space.
