- Entrepreneurs need to keep their blinders on. You have to stay focused and you have to learn to say no a lot more than you say yes.
[2:29] – Creating a world-class global team of engineers, designers, researchers, and strategists.
- The biggest thing was to figure out how to get out of his parent’s house, how to make enough money to live off of, and be able to create a savings.
- Pick a niche. Jumping into e-commerce is really important to him.
- If you don’t have a niche, you become too much of a generalist and you can’t really grow from that.

- Be in alignment with the goals of your clients versus your own goals. When your goals are separated and different from the goals of your clients, that’s where you see a misalignment happening.
- Stop fractionating staff members.
- Traditional agencies hide how they go about doing the work.

- When we get to do our best work and when we are truly serving as partners, we’re able to raise the overall gross margin and create growth.
