- Letting go and getting support is one of the things that many don’t agree with, but it’s best way to grow and scale your business.
[2:29] – Most entrepreneurs create these incredibly detailed plans that are pages and pages long, and it is a mistake. How can we avoid this costly mistake and what we should do instead?
- When we think in terms of a detailed plan – or a plan at all – we go right into overwhelm. This is actually the most overlooked part of launching, and it’s where it can take you from calm to chaotic in seconds.
- If we’re just flying by the seat of our pants, there are going to be things that are missed and dropped.

- Look at your leads for each specific lead magnet, e-book or webinar. You want to see how each one is converting and if you’re hitting your goal.
- Look at how many unique leads have been added to your CRM or to your account – how much has your list grown – so you can start comparing when you get sales when your cart opens.
- Measure the sales conversion. It sounds simple, but you need to keep your finger on the pulse when it comes to these numbers daily.
[13:46] – What strategy should we have for our backup plan?
- The first one would be your CRM. It is worth your while to have a backup CRM set up and ready to go.
- Have a backup merchant account.
- Have a sales page up on another domain with a different hosting company.
