- A lot of people are falling victim to the idea that you’ve got to hustle and grind your way to success – sometimes even into the hospital. And you don’t need to do that. You’ve just got to work smarter.

- If you don’t know what you want to be known for, what you’re all about, and how you can best serve people, then you’re not going to be able to attract the right type of people.
- Figure out who it is that you can serve the best. Just because we can help a whole bunch of different people out there in the world doesn’t mean that we actually should, because every time we say yes to something, we’re saying no to something else.
- Know where they’re hanging out. Flip the script a little bit and focus on your prospect rather than on you and what you want to do.
- Start conversations that lead to conversions.

- Do the stop-stay-start audit. Write down all the stuff that you’re doing currently right now.
