3 Value Bombs
1) Most people don’t make meaningful change until the pain of that change is so great that they have no choice left.
2) You never change the existing reality by fighting it. Instead, you put a new model in place that’s so perfect and so fantastic that the old way of doing things becomes obsolete.
3) When you say that you need money, you’re being an object of poverty. The universe sees you as a person that needs money so it keeps sending you situations where you struggle so you keep needing money…

Show Notes
Today’s Audio MASTERCLASS: Life After Death – What Greg Halpern Wants You To Know After Surviving 13 Near Death Experiences.
[1:34] – Greg shares something he believes about becoming successful that most people disagree with.
- It’s not through your unique difficulties and challenges that you’ll be successful. The majority of people have significant challenges and problems, and they do not have a success story built on challenges and struggles.
[2:51] – The stories and lessons behind Greg’s 13 near death experiences
- The first was when he was 5 – he had a hemorrhage and was bleeding to death.
- His second near death experience was on a highway. That yielded unlimited love for him.
- After each major event, something would happen to him. It could be love, humor, connectivity, wealth…
[7:16] – Fast forward to Greg’s 12th near death experience.
- He was optimistic, and for 30 years everything he touched seemed to turn to gold.
- His neighbor and first real mentor, W. Clement Stone, was probably the first billionaire in America.
- He was introduced to Earl Nightingale, the modern father of self-help, self-improvement, and now called mindfulness. Next thing he knows, he’s the focus group researcher of Nightingale Conant in his mid-20s.
- He had been fighting bad people, and crossing all kinds of grief and heartaches.
[11:58] – Greg shares stories from when he was in his 30s.
- He became the health evangelist of The Great Health Company.
- He was the sickest person on the Earth due to what he was doing during his 20-22 years old.
- He went into a coma for 3 days with all the discs on his lower back disintegrated. He prayed the he would die for the next 2 years.
- Zig Ziglar also became his mentor.
[16:33] – Important things that happened to Greg during 2005.
- The company he built called Circle Group went on a 28,000% gain in 16 months.
- He was playing with a chlorine canister and inhaled the evaporated chlorine tab, which made him feel his trachea disintegrate.
- He drank a solution he invented that could cure any oral lesion in your mouth, and in minutes he saved his own life.
- In 3 days, he had 3000 separate principles of information to begin the Formula 4 Protocol.
- He also experienced his appendix rupturing and had it taken out.
- Get busy because the world is running out of time.
- 9% of people don’t have that crazy anecdotal story that they can rely on to create their brand. They have to rely on good information and great answers to big questions.
[21:37] – Greg shares a story about a meeting he had with a company that creates artificial electronic retina implants.
- These are tiny nanotech devices that replace your retina when it burns out.
- The guy behind it was Erwin Jacobs, the founder of Qualcomm – the guy that made half the chips in the world in our mobile devices.
- Most people don’t make meaningful change until the pain of that change is so great that they have no choice left.
- The conclusion of all those things is to bring information to people so they just have answers instead of questions. With those answers, they can live a life full of celebration without struggle.

[28:39] – The importance of self care and the reason why people are calling Formula 4 Protocol the best thing you can get
- People are transforming with an evolutionary level of revelations in real time
- There is no learning curve. Just watch and listen.
- You never change your existing reality by fighting it. Instead, you put a new model so perfect and so fantastic in place that the old way of doing things becomes obsolete.
- The whole science of wealth has been taught wrong. People don’t understand that the universe is totally infinite, but it is always being measured by people’s finite limitations.
[32:19] – Every action, reaction, interaction, events and situation in life has an equal and opposite one.
- When people see the limitations of their relationship, their life, or achievements, they start to break it down. They send what they don’t like, don’t want, and don’t love from their heart towards it and this causes it to breakdown.
[34:45] – Greg breaks down the three problems that the average person who follows self-help and self-improvement encounters.
- If you say that you have a health problem, and you haven’t already seen the ability of your miraculous health ecosystem, then you have to have an optimal vision of it.
- A Formula 4 person would identify only that their miraculous health ecosystem is constantly working on producing incredible health.
- If you have a complete understanding and messaging internally and externally of how incredible your healthy ecosystem is, you become supremely healthy in a way that no one yet realizes.
[37:51] – Greg talks about another example, which is about prosperity.
- When you say that you need money, you’re being an object of poverty. The universe sees you as a person that needs money, so it keeps sending you situations where you struggle so you keep needing money…
- If you’re abundant, then you create abundance, receive it, enjoy it, save some of it and give it freely.
[38:58] – How do you manifest, and how do you do a better job in celebrating and living more in the now?
- Live fully in every moment and celebrate fully in every moment.
[41:39] – The principle called Lifetime Zone Management.
- In this principle, in 5 minutes, you’ll learn an 11-year principle and master it 30 days later. It teaches what living in the now, being present in the moment, and being able to celebrate life at the highest level at any moment without the past or the future can do.
[43:07] – Greg’s key takeaway and call to action for Fire Nation!

His diverse life path has brought him around the world, helping leaders and visionaries achieve health mastery, spiritual fulfillment, and massive success in life and business. Greg say what's up to Fire Nation and share something that you believe about becoming successful. That most people disagree with.
1 (1m 52s):
The idea that it's through your unique difficulties and challenges that you'll be successful. I don't believe that if you look at the global landscape of people that have suffered and struggled, that the majority of the significant majority of people meaning 99.99999% of all people that have significant challenges and problems in their life do not have an anecdotal story. Do not have a success story built on challenges and struggles do not. So the notion that you should struggle or that the struggle is what makes you stronger while that may be definitely a character advantage. It's certainly, I don't believe the key role or the important part of being successful at all.
1 (2m 35s):
I believe the board part is having the right information. And if people ask me, what's the secret of success, according to me, I would say it's knowing the a hundred secrets and having a all mastered
0 (2m 45s):
Greg you've had 13 near death experiences. I mean, that is insane. I spent 13 months in Iraq and did not have that many near-death experiences. So let's take a second here. Let's talk the stories. Let's talk about the lessons behind your 13 near death experiences. Break that down for us.
1 (3m 7s):
Sure. Well, the first was when I was five, I had a tonsillectomy I hemorrhaged, and as I was bleeding to death, I had to go to the hospital and be cauterized and to be cauterized after mummy had down to a gurney. And then in this case, my dad has to hold you down, keep your mouth wide open. And then they take a sponge. That's like a giant, loofa stuck in a pan. That's sitting next to your head. That smells pretty bad because it's been dipped in a giant jar of iodine solution and they hold it with a tongs. Like you flip a burger on a grill and they shove it down your throat and hold it there for 30 seconds while you suffocate. So that's the way they cauterized it. At least back in when I was five years old in 1963, the year that John F.
1 (3m 52s):
Kennedy was assassinated. Now I had that. And when I came out of that exact experience, I had a remarkable outcome. I developed a direct connection to what I call the PLE 80 and sense of humor. The thing where everything you do is hysterical first to you and to everyone around you. And the more they laugh, the more you drill them with it. And the more they laugh and the more you drill them with it, the more hysterical everything becomes. So I mastered that sense of humor from that first near death experience and keep in mind, I can remember being born. So I remember being born. I remember the process of being born and I remember the doctor hanging me upside down and spanking me right after I was born, which really hurt my back. And I was like, Whoa, dude, that really hurt.
1 (4m 35s):
And they don't do that anymore, thankfully, but that was my first experience. I remember every day since then, which in of itself is unique. Now my second near death experience, I was seven. We were on the highway in a sedan, Deville driving to my grandparents' summer home in Nippur sink to go out on the pond or whatever they wanted us to do. And if you, you can't make this stuff up. The fact that the story is there is ridiculous. A girl who was 14 years old, parents had gone out of town and left her with the babysitter. The babysitter had fallen asleep and she got in her dad's mg, midget, teeny little car. It's like a go-kart with a body and drove the full speed in the express lane on the highway at 78 miles an hour under the back end of our car.
1 (5m 15s):
And my grandmother never saw it. She drove into the guard rail, the little silver metal guard rail up over it, upside down, landed on the roof, spun around several times. It was hit by six cars going the other way at 80 miles an hour, and everything was destroyed completely except me and the three other occupants, my sister and my grandparents, they all had neck vertebrae fractures. I have just two scars in my hand where a glass dagger from the not yet shatterproof glass, which came about three months later. And then the fireman who had a saw the car and half with a circular saw full of sparks later, about three months after that, they had, what's called the jaws of life where they can pry the car open. And that was my second. And that yielded unlimited love for me.
1 (5m 57s):
I would each time go in a tunnel, I would see a very bright light. I would hear a voice say, what are you doing here? And I say, this is great. This is going to work. You know, I want to get out of that place. This is terrible. The people are awful. They treat each other bad and the voice would say, get out of here and don't come back. They'll be looking around. You have no business here. There's a lot of work for you to do what kind of work. And then I wake up again, like in the tonsillectomy, I woke up three days later from the hemorrhage and my mom was sitting there saying, do you want jello or ice cream? So after each thing is something major would happen and that would master love or master humor or master connectivity or master wealth. And people would ask me, speaking of entrepreneurship, your show, pretty cool stuff.
1 (6m 41s):
They'd asked me, what are you going to be when you grow up? And every kid would be like little Billy going to be a baseball player. And little Johnny is going to be a doctor. And so on. I would just say, I'm going to be a millionaire. And they say, well, how are you going to do that? What are you going to make a million dollars with? I don't know, from making a million dollars, this is 1963. We're talking about. So there you go. Now, all those other experiences after that I had, I was jumped off. I was unconscious. I was a drug overdose. I was shot at and slashed in one night, thrown down a flight of stairs, put into a coma, disintegrated all the dust. In my lower back, I was drowned. A couple of times, he had a couple of had another fatal car accident, many more car accidents, but one more fatal one. And then fast forward to my 12th near death experience because on my 11th was right before I got married and I had a vision of being married at a vision to the woman I was going to get married to.
1 (7m 31s):
And a minute later I wake up from what I thought was the stoppage of my heart and cat Stevens song is playing on my radio called morning, has broken. And my dog who was a Scottish terrier, played soccer professionally. If you can believe that was licking my face and my hands. And, and I was a really optimistic and from 30 years on, I was just having sent everything. I would touch seem to turn to gold and to give you a quick backstory, there was a guide named w Clement stone. He was my neighbor and my first real mentor. He was the first billionaire, I believe in America. The second was the guy he introduced me to Earl Nightingale, Earl Nightingale, the modern father of self-help self-improvement and mindfulness now called, was the founder of Nightingale, Conant corporation, and the strangest secret, which was the culmination of all of the work of Napoleon Hill and the work that he did in think and grow rich.
1 (8m 28s):
And even the expanded versions was the idea that you are, what you think about you becoming your thoughts and thoughts are things. And that became the modern foundation for self-help self-improvement. And the next thing I know I was a focus group researcher at Nightingale Conant in my mid twenties. And I had just come out of two years of planning to die every day because of the complete collapse of my health. And as a global martial artist, as an international champion, judo, having had 701 matches to that point where the good chunk of my matches were me fighting as a 135 pound lightweight against 200 pounded up open class heavyweights, but only having lost 22 of those matches.
1 (9m 9s):
I suffered a lot of physical damage. And then health-wise, I was very reckless as a young person. So all that combined, all these experiences, what I did know was they were actually creating a complete preparation of the mind, the heart, the voice, and the chia energy. All these things were coming together, but I just didn't know it. So as I prayed to dive from 20 to 22, with a few little ailments that I had, like I had been thrown out a flight of stairs at 20, I've been in a fight, had this habit of getting in these very crazy fights because I thought that after I'd beat up a couple of boys and broke their arms, that my calling finally was realized in my late teens, as somebody that was to clean up Dodge or to be the guy that the little guy that everybody would come and cause a problem with them, then I would say, wait, I'm here to stop you.
1 (9m 55s):
And then I would stop them. But now fast forward to this first beginning, part of my journey at 20, I had just been thrown down a flight of stairs. I was at a party and rush street in Chicago, which is the honky tonk where I spent 49 years before moving to San Diego. And so I'm doing what I always did. I would confront these very bad people, these bullies in Chicago, because it was full of them. And you could get an analyst procession of people that were coming after you. If you wanted to. I found out that the guy I was teaching self-defense to Alan Dorfman was really the guy who took Jimmy office place. So he was the head of the Teamsters and then really kind of running the mafia show there for a while in Chicago.
1 (10m 37s):
And so now I'm on Russ street and I was at a party after a comedy club. It's really the honky tonk area. And this guy bumps me and I look up and he's bigger than, you know, the football player of Ironman on the Northwestern team, or maybe it was on the university of Illinois. And I said, excuse me, I'm sorry. And he said, you ought to be sorry. And I said, okay, well, I said, I'm sorry, I'm leaving. I'm going to talk to that young lady over there. And he's like, maybe I'd to step outside with you and show you, you know what I do to people I do. And I said, well, you could do that, but you'd probably hurt me real bad. The problem with that is that after it was all over, you'd be dead like a minute or two later, but that's the good news because you wouldn't be stressed out anymore and you wouldn't have to hurt people.
1 (11m 19s):
So you'd be doing the world a big favor. And he just looked like he was in suspense, like all the other bullies before him. And he said, how little man am I going to be dead? And I said, well, for one, you won't wake up and you won't be breathing. It's kind of simple science and biology is quite fascinating. I'll check it out. And he looked in suspense, but I could see as all the other boys that came before him, that he wasn't prepared for that. And he wasn't prepared to die. He didn't wake up that morning, ready to have his life over. But for me, I'd been doing that as a way of life had actually been challenging, you know, in cars, I'd going to go into, you know, not the speed, but over the speed I've been fighting bad people that there's no reason I should have been involved with at all. And causing them all kinds of grief and heartache. And they would always, you could see the wind go out of their sails because they weren't prepared that morning when they woke up to die.
1 (12m 3s):
So now we fast forward to I'm 30 and I've gone through all this I've become, what's known as the health evangelists at a little company called the great health company. And I was actually went from being the most sick person on the earth because in that 20 to 22 period, when I was tackled on those flight of stairs, that night I left the party. What I didn't say was that him and his two buddies, this football guy were waiting by the door. And they said, where are you going with her? And I said, well, we're just leaving. And she didn't say anything. And he said, not with her. And he grabbed me by the lapel on my jacket. He picked me up and started swinging me around. By the third time around, I was like, I'm not going to be fighting this guy because number one, I gave up fighting last night when I was running up North Avenue where people shooting at me and my friend and that night, I got slashed in an alley.
1 (12m 49s):
So I had given up fighting for good. And now I'm confronted with this guy flipping me around by my jacket. Literally I'm 135 pounds and I'm going round around the third time around. I thought, geez, if this continues, he's going to let go. I'm going to find it that wall and break my leg. So I pushed his face into the wall. He hit the deck and I ran for the stairs. His friend grabbed me from behind and I flung him on a shoulder throughout what we call the drop knee, shoulder throat down the stairs. And as I went to take my step to run out of there, his last buddy hit me in the middle of the back. I hit the top of the stairwell and woke up in the hospital three days later from a coma with all the dis in my whole back disintegrating. Now for the next two years, I prayed every day that I would die. I had a bleeding call, a swollen prostate and chest cartilage known as tasty syndrome discovered during that periods like a heart attack, 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
1 (13m 38s):
And I had this incredible pain in my back because all the disorders, synagogue and they'd actually told me, I'd probably never walk again. Or if I did it wouldn't be normal. And all I could do was crawl. I had, I was pissing blood. I was shitting blood. I mean, it was just a mess. Everything was falling apart. And I prayed to die every day from 20 to 22. And then I, as a last resort, you know what, the 30th on the table contemplating my own, you know, and I heard a thought at the door and I picked it up. It was a reader newspaper. The newspaper was called the reader and it was the first time I'd ever seen it. And I opened it up and said, go to James and Mary, go for acupuncture. And I did. And after three treatments, I said for 75 bucks, I'm an author already.
1 (14m 20s):
Because by that time I've already had some mentorship. And I was like, I can't continue on. So while I was giving up, the universe was saying, Hey, wait a minute. We got this plan for you. We've been telling you all about it. I think it's time that you paid attention to start with living the plant. So finally I said, well, you know, I'm going to need some other help. And the next day I get this acupuncture and that doesn't help me. In three weeks later, I meet this acupuncturist daughter and she has a new shiatsu school that she had just, and she had a new practice and she shows me a couple of moves. And I was able to cure my prostate problem in two days with accurate pressure at home that she showed me.
1 (15m 0s):
And then I started on this journey of health. And so from then 25, I became known as the health evangelist in my company, the great health company, I was all of a sudden just meeting with all these rich and famous people and flying in a private jet. It sounds like the dreams of a very bizarre movie. And so all these things tied together. Next thing I know, 15 grand for three days of work and I'm the health evangelist. And I just tell people what they need. They'll tell me their problem. I'll ask them some questions. It's not on a health history form. It's unlike anything you've ever heard. And the universe is streaming and answers for these people. They all had incurable problems. According to medical science and the running joke in my business was that every time I would give people a program, they would get better a week or two later.
1 (15m 45s):
And they will go to the doctor who originally gave him their terminal diagnosis. And he would say, there must have been a mistake with your diagnosis and we'll have to run all the tests again. And then they would be fine. And they said, the original test must have been somebody else's test results. And this went on for a long time. Finally at 30, I get married. I have kids. Everything turns to gold, you know, the entrepreneur's dream and my mentor right before that was Zig Ziglar. So Earl Nightingale has me doing reviews of Zig Ziglar, Nito Cobain, and Dennis Waitley, and Brian Tracy later, Tony Robbins, and all these people would come through with their ideas. So I get to hear that you are, you are out of your thoughts. You become what you think about and thoughts are things. So I said that road, but I noticed that nobody was really changing from the information.
1 (16m 30s):
So I prayed and meditated on it. Got married, had some kids. And the next thing I know, every business I start is like gold. And so then now we fast forward to 2005, my 12th near death experience. I'm by my pool in Chicago, I'm living the dream. I'm like an entrepreneur's dream. According to Bloomberg and Reuters, you can look at the 2004. The company I built at that time circle group was a microcap company on the Amex. And it went up 6833% making it the number one Gaynor, no Illinois at the time, the following quarter had quadrupled. So at 28000% gain in 16 months. And I said, I want to have more of that.
1 (17m 12s):
And I buy my pool, Chicago hot out August morning, and I'm playing with the car in canister and I'm wrestling the frog head. It finally flips off. And the chlorine tab had evaporated with the Chicago humidity and turned to gas. And I inhaled it. Now I could feel my trachea, essentially disintegrating. I walked in my house, my wife gets up can't you shut the dogs up. I'm trying to sleep. And I said, well, I would like to, but if you don't call a paramedic and get them over here, pretty soon, I'm gonna stop breathing. And about three minutes, go to the drawer, drink a solution called oral saber that I invented a month earlier, that could cure any oral lesion in the mouth in a few. And I drink it. It's really made the swish and rinse, but I decided to drink about half the bottle.
1 (17m 55s):
And then the paramedic was on his way to the hospital. It was a mile away, comes over, sticks, a tube down. My throat takes me to the hospital that night after I made a full recovery. And they said my own solution must have saved my own life. I was sitting by my desk, in my office at home at a real nice home. And it was the parade of homes. People's choice award. It was the same one that Brian Wilson and the beach boys had built for himself and had a secret room with a bookcase that rolled in and behind it, you could go there and everybody's like, this is your house, the secret room house. And I go, yeah, it's not such a secret. And I'm sitting there and I'm writing down some ideas. I'm like, wow, that's a really good idea. The purpose of life is to create positive increase in all things. Good. I better write that down.
1 (18m 36s):
So start writing. And then next thing I know at five minutes have passed. I have a whole page. I started typing and three days later, I have 3000 pieces of information that according to all the research has been done and it's been extensive. None of that information existed on earth before in the internet or in libraries or books. Now keep in mind in 2004 and five, by this point, I had already had another very successful business. It was considered like one of the best up and coming businesses in Illinois. I had miracle technologies that I transferred from the government that turned corn wholesome to zero calorie, fat replacement. And I'm living the dream. I have the nicest Psalm. I have a great family. I'm homeschooling my kids.
1 (19m 17s):
I delivered my three daughters, literally at birth. And I'm just living this dream. And all of a sudden I have this experience where I close my trachea. Then I survive with my own solution and I'm sitting there. And for three days I get this transmission. Now I invented crowdfunding in 98, raised 3 million online in a week. And I've been a gold medalist for the world, judo competition. And I've done all these other things, written books at 19, but nothing compared to this, because for three days I got 3000 separate principles of information that became the Formula 4 Protocol. And I was like, well, I'm doing a lot of this stuff already, but the stuff is way more advanced. So I started following it. And then in 2009, my 13th near death experience, I'm getting raw left at home.
1 (20m 0s):
That's deep dish. You work and I'm sleeping through the raw thing. And three days later, I'm in the hospitals and take out my appendix. And they said, why, why should we take out your appendix? I said, cause a Raul for manually ruptured it three days ago. And he said, well, you couldn't be talking if that was the case. And I said, I have a very high pain threshold. They said not that high. So they take out the appendix. They find out it's been ruptured for three days and that I have a very high pain threshold. Like they've never seen. And while I was recovering, somebody comes in that nobody can seem to find. And they medicate me until I flatline. And I see the end of the world in 2023. And then when I come to, I get all these visits and stuff from these, Pleiadians said, that's all comes together now on, you're supposed to take this information and bring it to the people's Formula 4 Protocols.
1 (20m 41s):
So get busy. We've given you everything. The reason why everybody asks you, how come you have this most amazing life is because everything you've asked for this alternate universe and this amazing life has been given to you. So get busy because the world is running out of time. It's evolving, but you're going to have to make sure that people get this right so that we can live a good life. So your original question really is now coming back full circle because it turns out that 99.9% of people don't have the crazy anecdotal story that they can rely on to create their brand like you and I might. And so what they have to rely on as good information, they have to have great answers instead of big questions.
1 (21m 21s):
And the information I received, what I received with it was that this information will give everybody the unlocking the answers that they want without the struggle. And so they don't have to go through that hell. They can just simply use the information for the greater good and get to what everybody calls it. Just drop from the sky onto your lap. Interestingly, I was at a meeting of the artificial retina, electronic implant. It's a nanotechnology that I first saw in the year 2000, and now it's come of age. It's this tiny little nanotech device that replaces your retina. When your retina film, it burns out under AMD age-related macular degeneration, and the guy behind it that put all the money into it.
1 (22m 3s):
Mostly is Erwin Jacobs. The founder of Qualcomm, the guy that made half the chips in the world and your mobile device. And I was asked by them to go to this meeting and watch this technology because I was the first person to see it actually work in, in the world. And secondly, now that it had came of age, they wanted to know if I could help them get into human trials because they had proven the animals, which now it's gone through the human trials a couple of years later and it's ready to go. But I was sitting in the meeting and this is that fateful moment where all the story ties together. I'm living this amazing life. And I have this purpose not to bring this information to the world. And I find out that you are your thoughts. You become what you think about and what's executor. And those guys were saying that thoughts are things and they can make the difference, but you really can't change anything with that tense.
1 (22m 47s):
You got people like Tony Robbins and they have these seminars and they start out by saying only 2% of you going to make meaningful change. And that's because that most people don't make meaningful change until the pain of not changing is so great that they have no choice left. And interestingly enough, as I was sitting there, I heard all the people go around the room. There was 15 people in the room. They all told their backgrounds. One lady that developed, it was a rocket scientist, like really a rocket scientist before she developed this nanotech that replaces your, your eye part that you need to see. And so I'm watching them all go around the room. And when they get to me, I was the only one that wasn't really known in the group. And I said, well, I can tell you a little bit about myself, but I'm going to break from that and say something I've never said in any meeting, I said that I have the best life of anybody on earth.
1 (23m 33s):
And I said, I know that sounds boastful. And that's not at all the intent of it. I said that. I said, when I look at health, happiness, wealth, purpose celebration, living fully in every moment I said, I just don't know anybody that has a comparable experience. In other words, I'm going to be 63 now. But at that time I was going to be 61. I'm going to have a recent DNA tests to compare it to my last two DNA tests, which shows that my telomeres, the length of my chromosomes are growing 8% a year, year over year. That's unheard of. So I lost two decades of age in that time period, that first three years of the information I received from this transmission that became formula four.
1 (24m 17s):
And what ended up happening was I ended up reverse aging. There's a lot of people spending their billions to anti-aging or slow down edge. I reverse aged. I actually now today I'm 38 years old in terms of the length of my chromosome ends my telomeres. And I'm about 27 or 28 in terms of my free testosterone. That's the part that balances hormones for libido immune system and recovery rate. And so with all of that information, I said, I don't want to sound boastful, but I said, I just am so happy in every moment I celebrate every moment and I have health that's off the charts. I almost never asleep, which defies all the known science.
1 (24m 57s):
And I said, I'm really living this amazing life. And I'm so, so blessed and willing to share that with anybody that wants to know, of course, everybody wanted to know after that nobody took it as I was a braggart. And that's essentially the conclusion of all those things is bringing this information to the people so that they just have answers instead of questions. And with those answers, they can live a life of full celebration without struggle. So that was the combination of all those experiences wrapped into one easy interview.
0 (25m 29s):

That's why after figuring out so much of my restlessness and distractions were being caused by too much exposure to blue lights, I started researching the best blue light blocking glasses. What did I find? BluBlox BluBlox was created to block out the blue light with high quality lenses while other companies are mass producing and evidence backed products in China with no understanding about how light impacts health, the founders of BluBlox are using evidence backed research and making their glasses under optics laboratory conditions in Australia, BluBlox has over 40 frames to choose from and they come and prescription or non-prescription ans readers. So they have frames for every need. And because they're made for daytime or nighttime, I've been wearing my BluBlox pretty much all day, and it's helped to make a huge difference. Get your focus back, sleep better and block out the unhealthy effects of blue lights with BluBlox.

So Greg, we're back into personally, I spend a lot of time on my personal health on self care. It is a very important thing. In fact, I'm really excited to be going through your chorus Formula 4 Protocol as soon as my schedule allows, which will be sooner than later. So take a minute for Fire Nation and talk about number one, the importance of self-care and why are people actually calling a Formula 4 Protocol, the best thing you will ever get in your life?
2 (28m 20s):
Well, the most gratifying thing I can say, John was really the things people are saying like that one young girl said, and when they talk, I started to cry because all my happiness came back and I'm like, wow, is that gratifying? Somebody is saying things like with all the rods and screws and plates in my back, I had lost hope, but now I feel great pain is gone. I motivated to go out and work out in the field in my property and do all these other things. And you have people saying things that are just crazy. It became the common element of every project I have is that people are transforming with evolutionary level of revelations in real time.
2 (29m 5s):
And the running joke is in spite of themselves. So the current commercial that came through me that I broadcast is there is no learning curve, just watch and listen. And these 3000 principles. And if you say some of the things people are saying like, this is the best thing you ever get in your life, who even ever heard of these kinds of responses to self-help self-improvement or mindfulness. In other words, you get it and it's perfect. And everybody that hears this information or these principles says, I already know that's correct. It's a universal truth. I already know in my heart that that's real. I just couldn't explain it and put it into those words.
2 (29m 46s):
But now that you have, it makes perfect sense and I'm able to level up instantly or evolve to my highest point. In other words, through my relationship with the people, through the delivery of this information, they will become the best version of themselves. In real time, there will spontaneously manifest, spontaneously heal. They will rapidly become super wealthy and super healthy. And, you know, we said self care, but there's, it's way more than that. The messaging on earth has been wrong. According to what I received and no amount of self-help self-improvement will overcome that. If the words aren't constructed for the person in such a way that as the replacement model, one of the principles says you never change the existing reality by fighting it.
2 (30m 31s):
You never changed the existing reality by fighting it. Instead you put a new model in its place, which makes the old one obsolete. Instead you put a new model in its place, which is so perfect and so fantastic. And so obvious, such a universal truth that you know, in your heart is absolutely correct and perfect and wonderful and fantastic that the old model, the old way of doing things becomes completely obsolete. And I'm reminded of two major things that a person can take with them from this interview. If you will, your audience could benefit. You could benefit from two things. One is when we say health, that's great, but health has many things. Wealth is health. If you're prosperous and you're abundant, that's health, but if you're not, then you're living in abject poverty.
2 (31m 14s):
The whole science of wealth has been taught wrong generally because people don't understand that the universe is totally infinite. Every principle says that all wealth and abundance and prosperity is infinite, not finite, but it's always being measured by people's finite limitations. So in the first principle, we learned that the purpose of life is to create positive increase in all things. Good that when you send what you want, like, or love that energy from your heart towards it, and you manifested that when people get whatever it is that every action reaction, interaction and event and situation in our life has an equal and opposite one, the negative. So there's the positive, the proton, there's the negative, the electron.
2 (31m 56s):
And then there's the new Tron, the part in the middle of the zero, the balance and all those things. When you combine them, it's this simple, you get a universe of things that people do going up and down in their life. When you see the purpose of life as creating positive increase in all things good. When you get the positive you send what you want, like in love all the energy from your heart, towards that idea in your mind that you are what you think about kind of self-help principle. You understand that as the heart emotion, the heart love sent towards that. What you want, like in love over and over and over that eliminates the negative part by replacing it. And what happens is that people see the limitations and when they see the limitations of their relationship or of their life or of their achievements, they start to break it down.
2 (32m 44s):
And when they start to break it down, they send what they don't want. Don't like, and don't love from their heart towards it. And they cause it to break down. And I leave you with two classic examples. One is with prosperity and one is with health. The first one with health, we'll use the example of the person that says three things. I take really good care of myself. So I don't understand why I have a health problem. Now there's three things going on there. And two, the average follower of self-help self-improvement they would say, these are the three things, and this is what they represent. The first is I have a health problem. That's the worst part because you identify that you have a health problem in yourself. And so you've accepted to some degree, you have a health problem. The fact that you don't understand why you have a health problem is they would say neutral, probably because I just don't understand it.
2 (33m 27s):
So we'll get to that later. And the fact that I take really good care of myself as the good part in theory, because since I take good care of myself, I'm questioning why I have a health problem that I don't understand now in PLE 80, in terms in the Formula 4 Protocol terms, all three of those messages are completely negative and they will assure your failure and health for the rest of your life. One is I have a health problem. So you identify, yes, that's a health problem. That's a negative two. I don't understand why I have it. That's not neutral. That's completely negative because it means it's a mystery. It means you have to become a professional patient to go for test after test, and nobody can solve the mystery because they can never figure out why you have this health problem. And the third part is I take really good care of myself. Well, that's the worst part right there, because that in this example ensures that you have a health problem.
2 (34m 10s):
You don't understand why. And so let's break it down further. If I say that I have a health problem than I've already not seen the ability of my miraculous health ecosystem, what we learned informative of four under the great health living program that you have to have the optimal vision of your miraculous internal, healthy ecosystem. The most miraculous known invention in the universe today is that of our living being. And so you have to have this ideal version of it, but people have no version of it, except when they get sick or they get symptoms, they become a professional patient, or they become scared of they become fearful, or they become, you know, Hey, I hope I don't have cancer.
2 (34m 50s):
I hope I don't have this. I don't want to have that. The person living in formative afford has this optimal vision of their health. It's so off the charts, amazing. They become like me not sick a day for 40 years, not symptomatic a day for 40 years. And even though I've had 120 bone breaks, ribs torn out of cartilage, no dis in my low back shattered bones in both feet, torn ligaments in both elbows and torn cartilage in both knees and seven shoulder separations. I live pain-free for the last 36 years. I can do sports at a level that makes most varsity superstars envious and really exhausted after an hour, I'm still going for five more. I sleep almost never. I'm almost never tired. So I have energy reserves. And so I defy every known logic using that information.
2 (35m 32s):
And so would you, so would your audience, if they use that information, they'll have the exact same result though. They'll reverse age for two decades in about three years, and then they will live according to this unbelievable healthy system. So in that example of health that I gave, which is the classic form of a, for example, I've identified that I have a health problem. A formula four person would identify only that their healthy miraculous ecosystem is constantly working on producing incredible health that I experienced as a result of that information. And anybody that's used, it has the exact same experience. It doesn't matter if they have been meditating for 20 years or 30 years in an ashram in the Himalayas and it achieved massive things. Or they started a week ago because somebody told them it's good for stress management.
2 (36m 16s):
They'll both be in the same place in 30 days. It just works in spite of themselves. And that's the running joke. So now to break that thing down finally and put it all in perspective, it's the fact that I have a health problem. I don't understand makes it a mystery. The university has to keep sending me no answer. It has to keep making it a mystery test after test no answers doctors, no conclusions, me wanting to still know the universe only hears my message that I have a health problem. I don't understand by taking good care of myself. So the fact that I take good care of myself is proof that I'll have a health problem. I don't understand that makes it all a really bad equation in the form of a four great health living. I learned that by having the complete understanding and messaging internally and externally of how incredible my healthy ecosystem is, I become like Greg Helpern like somebody using the formula for, I become supremely healthy in a way that no one has ever yet realized.
2 (37m 10s):
And that's what I was explaining in the meeting. So that is the example for all of health and self care and general daily living. The other example, the capper on the bottle is that somebody that says, I need money. When you say I need money, you're living in abject poverty. The universe again sees you as the person that needs money. So it keeps sending you situations where you struggle. So you can keep needing money. So you can keep trying to get money so you can keep solving the problem of, I need money. If you were abundant, you'd say I'm the most abundant living being on earth today. Everything is infinite. Everything travels and passes to me. And through me, I create abundance. I receive abundance. I enjoy abundance. I saved some of the abundance.
2 (37m 50s):
I saved my wealth, but I give my wealth freely. I do both also all the time, not one thing in favor of another. I don't live by working real hard and not having time for anything else. I don't take such good care of my business that I neglect my health or my family. I do both. I do all those things and they all work great. So it's all about the messaging in the form of a four gives the new language called a positive affirmative. So in the manifestation, that's the big issue for most people in self-help and mindfulness is how do I manifest? There's two issues. How do I manifest? And how do I do a better job celebrating and living more in the now? So I'll cap those by saying two things in the principles on wealth and prosperity and abundance health.
2 (38m 36s):
We learn that everything is infinite. If you give love to what you want, like in love, and you see what the limitations and problems might be, but you put them in a box and give no energy to them only to the positive. Then you will have an amazing life of prosperity and abundance on a full-time basis. That's the first part. The second part is living fully in every moment, celebrating fully every moment. And for that I'll use, the last piece is the example that I found online. We took all 3000 principles and we researched them and found out what every expert now knows that none of it is contained in any book survivors around the internet. And in fact, most of what people teach in preaches the exact opposite of that information.
2 (39m 18s):
So we take that example of called lifetime zone management. One of the principles. Now I will just leave you with, I had a protege who came from an ashram in the Himalayas, was a practicing Yogi as a late teenager, who was troubled, went to, was taken in by some yogis and mastered as much teaching as they could, but still struggled and came to the resident, lived with me for almost six years. And in the first three months he learned this stuff. And at the end of year one, his Yogi group was making a tour through California and they asked to meet him and in meeting them, they said, you know, you seem very at peace. What are you doing?
2 (39m 58s):
So he tells him, and then he explains to them things. And they said, well, we only learned that through 40 years of practice and you learn that in less than a year. It seems like you learned it all in the first month or two. That's very bizarre. We wish we had done that cause this is a very long and boring and painful process. And so I'll use the example that this protege found for me online of one of the principles, essentially. He said, you know, how can I live in the, now he asked the question and online, how can I live in the now and, or be present in every moment? And he said, that's an 11 year principle, according to the yogis, you own for four hours a day with your mantra. And at the end of 11 years, you master being neutral in every moment, living in every moment present.
2 (40m 39s):
So he did a search and he found Deepak Chopra. Deepak Chopra had that question from one of his followers on his platform, which was very successful. And he answered the question in this way. He said, well, I'm not sure you can learn to be more present and live more in the now he said, it's kind of either you're born with it or you're not. But he said, for example, I don't even know if you understand that when you think of the word rhinoceros, for example, you don't even know how your brain comes up with that word. So I don't know if you can learn that. Well, we have a principle called lifetime zone management and I'll leave your audience pivoting on that. One thing that in the principal, it's about five minutes. And in five minutes you will learn that 11 year principal and have it mastered 30 days later, if not the following week.
2 (41m 19s):
And it teaches in very simple terms, Pleiadian terms what living in the now being present in every moment. In other words, being able to celebrate life at the highest level in every moment, without in the past or without the future. Just that moment being suspended in a state of perfect balance centered, harmonious, peacefulness, and that principle that I received teaches people. And every person has the exact same experience. They listened to it for five minutes. They understand the mechanics of that 11 year practice. And then within a few days to a week or a month at the most, they absolutely have the perfect message and are living every single moment in the now, but they learned it in five minutes. So that's really a summary of how this stuff all applies.
0 (42m 3s):
Fire Nation. I hope you're continuing to be as mesmerized as I am by all this content that's coming at, you live. And again, it just makes me even more excited to dive into the Formula 4 Protocol, which I have sitting on my desktop or right now. And Greg reminded me. This is something that literally will change my life. So Greg, you shared so many value bombs that, I mean your 13 near death experiences, you know why people need to focus on self care and how the Formula 4 Protocol can help them. And so many different ways. Give us one final call to action. How can Fire Nation find out more about you about the Formula 4 Protocol? And then we'll say goodbye.
2 (42m 43s):
All Formula4Protocol.com is the teachable website, which gives you the course material and the meditations that will recreate the cellular structure in your body. And it will remove every tax and yourself in a 20 minute viewing of the incredible health meditation all the way down to the atomic particle level. This has been scientifically proven. So I would say at Formula 4 Protocol, people can learn all about that and how that applies. They can sign up for the level of program free and they can get knee deep into this without doing more than about a five or 10 minute investment. They can also go to UltimateKindness.org, ULTIMATEKINDNESS.org.
2 (43m 28s):
If they want to learn more about my global mission, which is part and parcel of the soul program, the Formula 4 Protocol has the first 300 principles of the 3000 that I received. And those are the basics of living. So when I told people at that meeting, I have the best life of anybody on earth and I wasn't boasting and I'm happy to share it. They were kind of mesmerized with the notion that whatever you send out into the universe is exactly what you'll get back. And somehow this information, this universal truth that is non-debatable undeniable and indisputable is really some, some kind of special information. I don't take any credit for it, by the way. I'm not the author of it. I'm the recipient of it.
2 (44m 9s):
And I invite people to go there and learn about this and sign up for it. And immediately the level up to a level where you become the best version of yourself, the running joke is you'll get there in spite of yourself and you'll get there really quickly. So people in five or 10 minutes are having these things like this is the best thing you will ever get in your life and saying literally, thousands of things that I've never heard about anything, and I'm the recipient, I'm not the author. So as the recipient, it's my job to make sure people get the content and are able to use it in a productive manner. So at Ultimate Kindness, you learn about the mission and Formula 4 Protocol. You'll get to get your feet wet in the material.
2 (44m 49s):
And I welcome people and invite people to do this and to replace whatever struggle they have with what will clearly in a day or a week become the best version of themselves that they can be. And it'll get there in spite of themselves. As the commercial says, there is no learning curve, just watch and listen,
0 (45m 7s):
