3 Value Bombs
1) The Power of Focus is important to achieve your set goal. The tricky part is if you put your whole life to focus on one goal, and you do not have anything set after that, there is a big let down.
2) It is important to not only focus on what you want, but also have action steps listed out so you can have specific things to do that will help you achieve your goal.
3) You can do whatever you want in life – you decide what happens. If you want to be healthy, you make the right decisions to get you where you want to go. There will be challenges, but look at it as an adventure.

JLD: Boom! Shake the room, Fire Nation. JLD here, with an Audio Masterclass on Quality vs. Quantity: What You Do Matters. And, to drop these Value Bombs, I have brought John Donavan DeWitt on the mic. He earned a scholarship to Vanderbilt after walking on to the team. After 12 years of Pro football in the NFL, AFL, XFL, and CFL, he spent 12 years as a chiropractor. And, is now the author of eight books covering concussions, natural vision correction, and so much more. And, Fire Nation, today we will be talking about the power of focus, how to manifest your best life, how nothing happens until something moves, and so much more, as soon as we get back from thanking our sponsor.
John, say, “What’s up” to Fire Nation. And, share something interesting about yourself that most people don’t know?
John DeWitt: What is up, Fire Nation. I am stoked to be here. Something people don’t know about me is, that I actually, they know I walked onto the football team at Vanderbilt. But when I did end up getting my scholarship after my first semester, I had the head coach write my parents a letter. And, that was in November, and I sealed up that letter and put it under the Christmas tree. And, was able for the first time in my life to keep a secret from my parents for a few weeks until they opened that under the Christmas tree. And then, my sister probably was a little upset with me because it literally, Christmas was over.
As soon as they opened that, my dad was like, oh, he was bawling, and he was calling all his friends interrupting Christmas morning. And, they were like, “Oh, my god, guess what John gave us for Christmas?” Because it was like at that time, it was a $100,000.00 scholarship I guess, to pay for school. So, that’s the little extra, that people don’t know about me.
JLD: Wow. Super, super cool. And, Fire Nation, as I kinda mentioned in the intro, John did go to Vanderbilt, and then got a scholarship after he walked on to the team. So, super, super cool stuff. And, as I also mentioned, we’re gonna be talking about quality vs. quantity, what you do Fire Nation, it truly matters. And John, we’re kicking off with a bang because my favorite word is “focus.” Follow one course until success. I love that word. I love that acronym. What is the power of focus? Break that down for us.
John DeWitt: It’s something for me too. And, that’s what I used when I went to Vanderbilt. Literally, you become obsessed with one specific goal. And, in that particular case, it was like, okay, every time I went to church, I would go down to the altar at the end of church and pray, “Okay, I wanna get this, I’m gonna get this scholarship. What do I need to do?” And, before I would take any action before I would eat a french fry or anything like that, I would say, “Okay, is this gonna help me get towards my goal or is it gonna take me away from my goal?”
And, that literally, got me to a point where I wasn’t a lot of fun to hang out with my first semester at Vanderbilt because that’s all I thought about. I didn’t, there was no alcohol, I didn’t even drink soda, none of that stuff. And, all my friends thought I was a little crazy. But I’m like, “No, you don’t understand. I got bigger things in mind. I’m staying focused on this until it happens.” Bugged the coaches to no end, always asking them, every practice. I’d go out 30 minutes early. I’d stay out late. I’d ask them as they were walking in after practice, they’d just shake their heads, going, “DeWitt, you don’t have it yet. Just keep doing what you’re doing.” I’d be like, “Okay.”
And, it’s one of those things where you just own it in your whole essence. So, that when it actually did happen, I was just kinda like, “Well yeah.” I mean, I was appreciative. But I was like, “Well, I was waiting for you guys to catch up with me.” Because I just in my mind, every ounce of me knew it was gonna happen. And, I actually read ‘The Power of Focus’ that Jack Canfield and Mark Victor Hansen wrote.
JLD: Oh, yeah.
John DeWitt: Love that book. Highly, highly recommend that one. And, it’s just insane because there’s also a tricky part to that. Because if you put your whole life focus on the one goal, but you don’t have anything set after that, there’s a big letdown.
JLD: Yeah.
John DeWitt: And, I wasn’t prepared for that. Because I went in, I got the scholarship. And then, I felt like I was just supposed to kick back and that was it. I’m like, “No, no, no.” That’s where the work really had to start. And, I didn’t fully realize that. And, our first game where I was the starter, was at SMU, after they got off the death penalty, all that crazy stuff for NCAA infractions and whatnot.
JLD: Yeah.
John DeWitt: And, I was out there. It was a super humid day or night actually. And, I literally, was not prepared. And, did not play well at all. And, because I was the big story because I had gotten my scholarship. Somehow, they found some, good picture in the game, and they put it in the newspaper the next morning. But I was just like, “I’m gonna have to reevaluate what’s going on here. And, figure out where I kinda got off track.” And, I mean, you have to stay focused on a goal. And, that’s what I love about your ‘Mastery Journal’, that I would like to say, “Thank you” once again to you for sending it out for no charge whatsoever.
JLD: Aww. Yeah.
John DeWitt: I mean, I’ve done a bunch of different journals. That is the best one because it doesn’t have a whole ton of stuff you’ve got to do. It’s like, pick four things, this is what you’re gonna do, and record how productive you are, how disciplined you were. And, that is so important, and people don’t understand that. It’s just like, “Okay, whatever it is you want in life, focus on that.” And then, kind of, it’s a Tony Robbins saying. Say, “Okay, well, that’s at this point.” And then, kind of backtrack and be like, “Okay, what are the steps that I need to do to get to that point?” And that way, you have a kind of a sequence of things to do.
And, after you get to that point, then you also have to do, not like I did, because I didn’t have that other goal setup. I’ll have to have a caveat here. I did actually end up refocusing and ended up being the Second-Team All-SEC, and I got Defensive MVP my senior year at Vanderbilt. But it’s one of those things that you just have to be aware of it. Because if you’re not aware of it, and you just kinda let things go, it doesn’t just happen, you have to be focused on that. So, that journal that you have is really, really important. And, always being able to step back and say, “Okay, whatever decision I’m making right now is just gonna be towards the goal or away from the goal.” I think that’s really hard.
Especially now, for people that are, in this particular case, being homebound and not allowed to go anywhere. Hopefully, by the time this comes out, they won’t be in that situation anymore because of the Coronavirus. But you have to focus, even if your kids aren’t in school and everybody’s around you if you have kids. And, you have to be able to say, “Okay, I’m gonna take this amount of time, and this is all I’m gonna do.” And then, you’re like, “Okay, once that’s done.” It’s just compartmentalizing everything that you need to do and being able to step back and say, “Is this gonna help me get there?” And, really just staying focused.
I know I keep repeating the word, it’s just because it’s such a magical, magical word. But you have to stay focused on everything you do. And, the keyword there too is, what you do. You can’t just say, “I’m gonna do this.” You can’t just say, “Oh, I’m reading all these motivational books and quotes. And, it’s all exciting. And, it’s all gonna work out.” And, that’s kind of going along the, kinda like the movie ‘The Secret’, which was a great movie. But it didn’t give you what you really had to do to actually make things happen. I mean, you know very well how this works because coming out of the military, you’re just kinda like, “Wait, what is happening here? And, how is this the same guy?”
JLD: Well, I mean, that is so true, that nothing happens until something moves, and actually taking action, which we’re gonna be diving into next. But before we get into that, I do just kind of want to refocus this conversation now Fire Nation. And, make you realize the power of what John shared, which is, that thought process of analyzing every action that you’re about to take. That french fry in the mouth, sleeping in an extra hour, whatever that might be. “Is this bringing me closer to my goal or is it pushing me further away?” It’s one of the two. And, making the right decision. And then of course, after you accomplish your goal, you have to refocus.
That’s why you see sometimes Olympic athletes after they win the gold medal, they struggle, because it’s like, “Now what?” And, you saw, the people that landed on the Moon, the astronauts, they struggled in life. Because it’s like, “I’ve just landed on the Moon, now what?” You have to be able to refocus your goals, and definitely, appreciate the kind words about the ‘Mastery Journal’. I mean, it truly is the best thing I’ve ever created. And, I mean that with 100% sincerity. I have no doubt in my mind that people that actually use the ‘Mastery Journal’ in the correct way, are blown away by their results period.
So, let’s talk about, nothing happens until something moves, John. And, let’s focus on keeping these short and sustained so we can get through all this awesomeness today.
John DeWitt: Absolutely. So, it’s funny because I’ve always been a big Tony Robbins fan. And, I thought that he was the one that originally had that quote, ‘Nothing happens until something moves.’ But then, I realized it’s another pretty smart guy, Albert Einstein, that came out with that quote. So, it’s really important to not only, like we were just saying, focusing on what you want, but having action steps listed out. And, be like, “Okay, I need to do this.” And, that’s why the ‘Mastery Journal,’ I’m gonna keep harping on that, is so important.
Because it gives you specific things to do that are gonna help give you there, even if it’s just sending an email, making a phone call, getting up early and putting your shoes on without thinking about it. These kinda things are so important. And, for entrepreneurs, it’s something that is really challenging because a lot of the time, if you’re starting from scratch, people aren’t 100% sure. And, I mean, they’re supportive, but they kind of think, “I?” They don’t see your vision. And, you have to be able to kinda shrug off the doubters that are kinda not giving you 100% support. But realize that you’re gonna make it happen. And, they’ll come around because taking action is the most important thing.
Like, I was just saying about ‘The Secret,’ you can dream about it all you want, you can talk about it, but it’s not until you actually move and do something that you’re gonna see results.
JLD: One thing that I feel like you definitely had to come to terms with, and I love that whole thing about, “Is this fry gonna help me move towards my goal or away from my goal? Is this sip of soda gonna help me move towards my goal or away from my goal?” Proper nutrition, it’s the fuel for your quote/unquote ‘Ferrari.’ What do you mean by that? What does that phrase mean? And, how did you apply it to your life?
John DeWitt: That is an interesting story. Back when I was with the Houston Oilers back when they were still in Houston, the strength coach was Coach Steve Watterson. And, I sat down with him one time because I always had problems gaining weight, because I only weighed about 250 pounds that first year. And, he sat down and he said, “You know what, you guys are all like Ferrari’s here. You’re all professional athletes. Your literally like Ferrari’s, the luxury cars. And, if you had a Ferrari, you wouldn’t put the cheapest gas in it you could find, would you? Because it’s not gonna work at its best.”
You have to put in ideal proper nutrition to get the best physical function that you can out of the body, but also, brain function. That’s one of my biggest things right now, is focusing on cortisol levels. And, I’ve partnered up with an Australian nutrition company that has something called TeloMind, which is an amazing supplement for brain health, that helps a lot. And almost, in some cases seems to reverse the aging process of the brain, which is pretty –
JLD: Oh, wow.
John DeWitt: Yeah, it’s pretty amazing.
JLD: I mean, Fire Nation, realize that. You have been given a Ferrari. I mean, this body is a magical thing. I mean, it’s just amazing to think like, when you cut yourself, scratch yourself, your body literally heals itself. I mean, you’ve seen people make complete transformations. Speaking of my journals, I have somebody going through ‘The Freedom Journal’ now for the fourth time. This guy has lost 298 pounds to date. Because every 100 days, he sets a new goal of getting down another 50/75 pounds, whatever his goal is for that 100 pounds. And, you’re just seeing the transformation, and you’re like, “This is amazing.”
But it all goes back to like, “What is that proper nutrition? What is that fuel that you’re putting into your quote/unquote Ferrari?” And John, you’ve had a lot of adventures in life.
John DeWitt: Yeah.
JLD: And, you do believe that life is an adventure. So, can you expand upon that?
John DeWitt: Obstacles are just challenges to your determinations. So, what that means is, if you want to go for a run and it’s raining one morning, that’s just a challenge. You just put on a rain suit and go out and still do it, or you get on the treadmill and you do it anyway. And, that subconsciously, you’re realizing that you’re reinforcing what you’re saying you’re gonna do because you keep doing it. You don’t just say, “Oh well, I’m just gonna watch one more show on Netflix. I’m just gonna get online and answer one more email.”
And, that’s a huge challenge for entrepreneurs. Because you literally have to shut off any notifications while you’re actually getting work done. Because there’s always something that’s gonna distract you.
JLD: Always.
John DeWitt: Your Facebook and social media, all that stuff. And, you just have to be like, “Nope, I’m gonna shut all that off so you can’t distract me.” And, look at life as an adventure because this time right now, you’re always having challenging experiences, challenging things happen. And, you can either focus on the challenge or you can focus on the solution. And, you have to, there’s that word again, focus, you have to focus on the solution. And, that way you’re gonna get to where you wanna go even faster.
JLD: Fire Nation, we have so many Value Bombs that are coming up. We’re gonna be talking about quality nutrients that are vital to your optimal life. We’re gonna be talking about optimizing your health through different supplementations. We’ll even get into some meditation, as soon as we get back from thanking our sponsors.
So, John, one thing that I wanna dive into right now is your stages of life. I mean, you’ve been an athlete for years and years and years, to a doctor, and now to an all capital, HUMAN. So, talk about those stages, break that down for us?
John DeWitt: When I started out as an athlete, all I could focus on was how much do I weigh, because I had a weight challenge. How much can you lift? How much can you train? And, always stay focused on what the goal is. You always have to keep your eye on the prize. And so, at Vanderbilt, granted it wasn’t the big football school. But then, I went on with Houston, and then played in the XFL, the CFL. This was the first time around with the XFL, arena football.
JLD: By the way, a great 30 for 30 on the XFL, the first time around. You gotta watch that one.
John DeWitt: Uh, yeah. I don’t think I actually did see that one. I’m gonna have to check it out.
JLD: So good.
John DeWitt: But yeah, when you’re an athlete, but then you start to realize, “I can’t do this forever.” And, writing down football player on a resume is not gonna get you a whole bunch of jobs –
JLD: Right.
John DeWitt: If you’re not making millions of dollars as an NFL guy. So then, I was like, “Okay.” So, I started asking questions. And, that’s another way you kinda, you talk to people. You say, “Okay, what is it that you do? What is that you do? How did you get to this point?” And so, I talked to some chiropractors, and they said, “Oh, chiropractic school, you can go for, it’s a five-year program condensed into three and a half years. And, this is something that can really help you out.” I was like, “Okay, so I think I’ll do that.” And so, I made sure I had my prerequisites. I sent in a really good essay for the school.
And, one of the things that I like too is, I went up and down the coast after I got accepted to chiropractic college. I went up and down the coast of California and interviewed 100 different chiropractors that had all different techniques, all different locations.
JLD: Smart.
John DeWitt: Yeah. And said, and I had a whole book, I just have to find it up in the attic somewhere, that had, I even took their business cards, their pamphlets, everything. And, be like, “Okay, what do I like about this? What do I not like about this?” And, I literally focused in on one chiropractor in Huntington Beach, and said, “This guy, he's got something. He’s a little quirky, he’s a little out there. But he is a marketing guy, he knows his stuff.” And, I ended up staying in touch with him. He wasn’t taking any associates at the time. And so, I said, “Okay, you’re doing the solo thing. You do your thing. That’s great.”
And then, I kept bothering him, kept calling him saying, “What’s going on? How are you doing?” And, there were literally people waiting four hours to get adjusted by this guy. And, I had one of my friends call me and say, “You know, it’s taking forever, you might wanna call.” And, he finally said, “Okay, why don’t you come in and work with me.” And, that allowed me to help him build up his YouTube channel. At the time, he had like 2,000 subscribers. And so, I started researching eBooks, YouTube channels, that kind of stuff. Now, he’s got almost 700,000 subscribers on YouTube. He’s got several eBooks and regular books that he has out. He’s done online courses.
And so, I helped him get all that going and we helped so many people. Even in the scary times right now, we’re still seeing over 100 people a day at the clinic. So, it is a truly amazing thing, but it all comes down to, you have to focus on what you want. And, if you’re not sure, that’s why you have to start asking questions and talk to people that are doing what it is you wanna do, to find out where you wanna fit in. And then now, as just a HUMAN, just a HUMAN, it’s all about optimal nutrition, meditation is so important.
JLD: Yeah.
John DeWitt: Especially right now, with all this stuff going on, you really have to stay focused. And then, connection to family, I, unfortunately, went through a divorce recently. But that’s one of those things where it just was meant to be. And, my new future family is amazing, twin seven-year-old girls that are just so amazing. And, you realize that life’s all about them, not just about you. And, that’s when you really feel the pressure, so that meditation kicks in. And, there’s a lot of things that we can talk about in a minute that helps the meditation that helps you really, really stay focused.
JLD: Well, the first thing I do wanna talk, because we are in this time now where everybody is at risk at any point, to something crazy happening. But the reality is, there’s a lot of things we can do to lower our risks. And, one of those things is building up our immune systems by having these right nutrients and minerals and vitamins going into our body. So, why don’t you talk about that, the quality of nutrients that are truly vital to an optimal life?
John DeWitt: The Australian supplement company that I partnered up with and I’m on their advisory board for, have some of the highest quality supplements that I have ever seen. And, one of them for me, I was concerned about brain health because of my multiple concussions. I’ve done through the NFL a concussion assessment protocol and they said I was fine. But I still am just kinda like, “Okay, well I just wanna make sure.” And, they have a supplement called TeloMind that literally helps to lengthen the telomeres, which are at the ends of your chromosomes to help make sure that your brain stays stronger. And, it helps lower your cortisol levels, which is your stress hormone, and that helps boost your immune system.
And, right now, that is so important that everybody has a healthy immune system to fight this virus. And, blood pressure is another thing. You gotta make sure you’re not eating, the french fries we were talking about earlier. That continues on, ironically, even now that I’m older, I’m 49 now. And, it’s just like, “Wow, okay. You can’t eat the french fries all the time and that kinda stuff.” But if you have cayenne pepper, cayenne pepper boosts your nitric oxide levels. So, not just in your food but actually, you can get the cayenne pepper supplement. And, that increases the elasticity of the arteries and helps make sure they’re flowing like they’re supposed to.
And, AminoSerene, that’s another one of the supplements that the Health Evolution Project people create that helps you sleep. Because sleep is so important to recharge the battery so you can stay focused, can work those long hours, and still be productive. But like you talked about in the ‘Mastery Journal’ once again, you have to have a certain window that you’re focused and a certain window that you’re resting so that you don’t get burned out during the day. And, that’s another thing that I love about that because you don’t just say, “Just power through and you’re gonna get it done.” Because that just makes you a zombie. You don’t wanna do that. You need to take those breaks in there.
So, the Health Evolution Project, you can go on their website, healthevolutionproject.com. And, with a /firenation, of course. And, use DRDVIP as a discount code and get 10% off your first order, which is pretty amazing.
JLD: Fire Nation, take advantage of these opportunities when you know that it applies to you. I mean, if this is something that you know that, “Hey, I know that I’m ready to up the nutrients that are vital to my optimal life,” look into these things. Let’s protect ourselves so that we can be around for 10/20/40, who knows, maybe 100 years, delivering great value. And, let’s talk a little bit more about supplementation. Because there’s a lot of ways to supplement. I know that you said that this company is one of the highest that you’ve seen. Unfortunately, a lot of people get a little bamboozled when it comes to supplementation because they go for the cheap stuff, and they just buy it off of Amazon.
John DeWitt: Right.
JLD: And, just anything can be filled up in there. And, that’s been proven over and over again. So, talk a little bit about that and what you recommend for people who are looking to optimize their health through specific supplementation?
John DeWitt: That was the only reason that I actually decided to partner up with this company. Because they have proven the highest quality levels of B12.
JLD: Woah.
John DeWitt: And, the amino acids that they have in their supplements. And, they have something called the Youth Tissue Extract, which comes from fertilized incubated hen’s eggs that they harvest at the ninth day during the fertilization process. Because that’s when everything kicks in and all their stem cells of the chicken actually cause all these to boost.
JLD: No kidding?
John DeWitt: Yeah, it’s crazy. It’s crazy. And, crazy expensive to get. But they try to keep that affordable. But it is something that literally, that’s the key ingredient that no other supplement has that is truly amazing. They have that in the TeloMind, which helps your circulation, your brain function. They have that in the AminoSerene to help with sleep. And, you can also get discounts on those supplements, once again, you can get my eBook, that I just talked about. It’s on drjohndewitt.com/fire. And, you can get that. And, there’s a variety of other things.
Hyperbaric oxygen therapy, that’s another one that’s really good. I just tried that a few weeks ago. And, really getting concentrated oxygen into your system. It’s almost like a tanning bed place. You can go and just sit, and like Michael Jackson used to do back in the day. And, you're sitting in this hyperbaric chamber and you’re getting all of this oxygen in your system. And, your body just sucks it all in and just really helps flush out all the bad things in your body, which is pretty amazing.
JLD: I mean, that actually something that’s really appealing to me. Because I actually have an oximeter, because I actually have low oxygen in my body. I never would have known that, but my scores are typically like a 96 or 97. And, my functional medicine doctor is like, “You need to be at a 98 or a 99. You should definitely be up there.”
John DeWitt: Yeah.
JLD: I’m just like, “Well, what can I do?” And, there hasn’t been great answers to that. But it’s interesting to see that there is actually something that is an answer to that. And actually, you can go in, Fire Nation, and find out where is your body not quite doing what it needs to be doing? There’s probably some things you can be digesting and doing for yourself, that’s optimizing the things that just for any number of reasons your body’s not optimizing on its own. So, let’s end with a bang John. I mean, you already mentioned briefly all about meditation. But what about meditation is so important for our calm souls?
John DeWitt: So, we’ve got a sympathetic nervous system which is the one that keeps alive during stress, which is, unfortunately, being overused for the majority of people in the world right now. And then, we have the parasympathetic, is when you rest and digest. That’s the one that helps to rebuild the tissues. So, there’s an app on your phone you can get called the ‘Calm app,’ C-A-L-M. And, I think for the year, it does cost something, $25.00 maybe, something like that. But it is so amazing that you can go in, you can pick how long you wanna meditate. They even have, Matthew McConaughey’s in there –
JLD: Yeah.
John DeWitt: And does like a 25-minute meditation or something, telling stories. I mean, it’s amazing all the different celebrities that are involved in it. But what all of these focus you on is your breathing. And, because we get so caught up, so stressed out, we’re just like, “Uh, dada, dada, da.” And, we have all the caffeine going and our brains are going 100 miles a minute. But if you sit down, get a nice good posture while you’re sitting there, and focus on your breathing. And, the thing is, you don’t wanna stress trying to focus on your breathing ironically.
JLD: Right.
John DeWitt: You just wanna sit there and breathe. And, if thoughts start popping up in your head about deadlines coming up and you gotta do this and don’t forget to do this, just acknowledge those. And, kind of visualize there’s like a river. And then, that thought is just kind of going down the river. And, you just let it go and you’re like, “Okay, thank you. I’m focusing on my breath right now.” And, it helps calm down your soul. And so that, after a 5-minute meditation, 20-minutes, whatever it could be, you feel invigorated and ready to go. It’s part of my morning routine in my ‘Mastery Journal’ every day.
JLD: Yes. Yes, I love this. So, John, you dropped countless Value Bombs. I mean, countless Value Bombs during this episode. And again, thank you for the multiple, multiple kind words and references to the ‘Mastery Journal.’ Give us one big takeaway. What’s the one thing that you really want to make sure that Fire Nation gets from everything that we talked about? Then give us those calls to action again for healthevolutionproject.com/firenation, with the promo code? And then, of course, your website for the eBook, etc.?
John DeWitt: Right.
JLD: And then, we’ll say goodbye.
John DeWitt: That sounds good. The biggest takeaway and this is something that people, they kinda give it lip service but they don’t realize it is, you literally can do whatever you want in life. You decide what happens. Because you decide what happens by all the little decisions that you make throughout everyday life. So, if you wanna be healthy, you make the decision not to eat the french fry. And, nothing against french fries. I don’t want them giving me any hate mail about french fries. But you want to make all the right decisions to get you where you wanna go. It’s not easy. It’s not easy at all or everybody would have a life that they love.
You have to just realize there’s gonna be challenges, but look at it as an adventure. Challenges come up, you’re like, “Okay,” and you deal with it. But you literally can do anything you want to do. And, if you want to get more information about the supplements, that’s healthevolutionproject.com/firenation. You can go to my website and get the eBook that has several links, ten tips to optimal health, and brain function. That’s drjohndewitt.com, just DR for the johndewitt.com/ebook. Or you can go to get a consult, that’s a special offer I’m offering to Fire Nation.
JLD: Ooh.
John DeWitt: Normally it’s $500.00 to talk to me for an hour, and you get it for $200.00. So, $300.00 off on that. That’s drjohndewitt.com/fire. And, I’m also gonna make another link, drjohndewitt.com/eof, that’s gonna take you to some supplements that really, really are gonna help you change your life and your world.
JLD: Wow. Well, sign me up for all of those things. And, Fire Nation, you know that you’re the average of the five people you spend the most time with. And, you’ve been hanging out with JDD and JLD today. So, keep up that heat. And, John just dropped a lot, a lot of links there. And guess what Fire Nation, you can go back at your leisure and listen to it, hit the rewind button. You can go to those links one at a time. Or of course, you can just head over to eofire.com, type John into the search bar, and the Show Notes page will pop up and we’ll be linking to every single one of these one-by-one-by-one, all in one place as well. So, you can go directly to all of those great calls to action.
Or the Show Notes page will have it all in one place. And John, thank you brother for sharing your truth, your knowledge, your value with Fire Nation. For that, we salute you. And, we’ll catch you on the flipside.
John DeWitt: Absolutely.
