Hello, and welcome to Team Fire HQ! updated March 2021
We currently have 3 virtual team members, plus a few independent contractors we work with on a regular basis. Each and every one of them is integral to the success of our business!
We believe that building a strong team is at the core of growing and scaling a successful and sustainable business – whether that’s one team member or 30. (Every business is different!) So we created an entire series to help you with building your own team.
Always remember to check in with yourself. Your dream business might be a business of one. Your dream business might be a business of seven, or 25. So when it comes to hiring a team, learn from our mistake: don’t get caught up in what you’re “supposed” to do; do what YOU want to do.
Meet Team Fire!
JM, John’s Virtual Assistant
JM is John’s right hand girl! …and in all seriousness, there are way too many tasks and projects JM oversees to name them all here. Among many other things, JM is one of our managers, in charge of overseeing our social media strategy, podcast and sponsorship scheduling, and our show notes.
JM lives in the Philippines and has been with the Team Fire since – well, before day 1!
Jess, Community & Customer Ignitor!
Jess is our Community Leader & Customer Ignitor – meaning she has a HUGE hand in helping our communities run as well as they do.
When she’s not doing membership site updates, serving our customers, or assisting with our Private Facebook Group moderation, she’s spending time with her 3 kids :)
She lives in the Philippines, and has been with Team Fire since Feb 2014.
Tipu, Audio & Video Ninja
Tipu handles most things audio and video and has a huge hand in helping with our Amazon PPC.
Tipu joined Team Fire in Dec 2014, and he’s from Pakistan.
Without Tipu, a lot of our podcast content for the Entrepreneurs On Fire Archive shows – plus the video content you see on YouTube – wouldn’t exist.
Tipu also manages the application process for the Entrepreneurs On Fire podcast and oversees the uploading and scheduling process. In 2021 he has played a huge role in helping with The Common Path to Uncommon Success book launch.
Our team of contractors:
- Josh Bauerle, our CPA in the US
- Giancarlo Esquilín, our CPA in Puerto Rico
- Cory Pratt, our Web Developer
- David Lizerbram, our legal counsel
- Brandy Shea, our designer
Remember, if you’re looking for more info on how to grow a virtual team, we’ve got loads of great resources for you right here!
