- [01:09] – In June 2013, Joyce worked as a security guard
- [01:14] – She went back to work after giving birth to her 2nd child who was just 3 months old at the time
- [01:19] – Joyce remembers her boss called her into the office and told her that her service was no longer needed
- [01:27] – She was devastated about what happened

- [01:54] – When she was young, she recalls her dad telling her it’s either she marries rich or lives on welfare

- [06:29] – Worst Entrepreneurial Moment: When she joined a coaching program, she copied her coach because she couldn’t find her identity. One potential client then asked her if she was a “mini” version of her coach.

- [10:50] – Entrepreneurial AH-HA Moment: Joyce was in Paris with a friend, when her husband suddenly called her and told her to embrace her own unique gift – which was the reason why he fell in love with her
